Amazing location! While it is on the water, there is no accessible beach directly in front of the unit as it is full of rocks. However the views from the bedrooms and lanai are stunning. There is a nice sandy beach within walking distance on the property. Pools were close to the unit as well, our kids enjoyed both regular pools. The unit is also Super close to front street and many activities/restaurants.The unit itself is sufficient though could use some deep cleaning and basic updates. The couch needs to be replaced completely as adults can’t sit on it without sinking through it. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, pots/pans and knives need to be replaced. while the unit had clearly been cleaned well prior to our arrival, there are a lot of bugs that accumulated in the unit (we found dead ants etc throughout our stay) mostly in the bathrooms and downstairs. On the lanai there is a roll down shade which helps keep the downstairs cool as the afternoon sun is intense. Sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, small surf board were available in the outdoor closet which was nice to have. We would return to the property but likely select another unit.
