You will love our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath oceanfront home, located in the serene, 30-acre gated Puamana community of low-rise townhomes in West Maui. While the Lahaina fire impacted parts of the community, our home offers a peaceful retreat with stunning ocean views. The grounds remain beautifully landscaped with palm, mango, and banyan trees, allowing guests to continue enjoying the tropical beauty of the area.

Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.

Our oceanfront vacation home, located just 25 feet from the water, features a spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and high-quality appliances. The tropically furnished, expansive oceanfront living room is the ideal place to relax with friends and family.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with spectacular ocean views, where you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to the sunrise through the coconut palms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and views of the majestic Maui mountains, while the third-floor loft bedroom has two twin beds with both ocean and mountain views. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for larger parties. All rooms have ceiling fans, and portable air conditioners are available in each of the bedrooms for added comfort.

Relax on the oceanfront lanai, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy paradise. You’re just steps away from the water, perfect for kayaking, surfing, or boogie boarding. A short walk brings you to a sandy beach where the water laps gently at the shore. Children can play on the grassy lawn right in the backyard, and nothing beats watching a Hawaiian sunset while sipping a mai tai from your private lanai.

Despite the changes, our home remains a beautiful and tranquil getaway for those looking to experience Maui’s natural beauty.

Nice place, air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms didn’t work, tech came out and parts were needed to fix the unit, fans were brought over to help keep the rooms cool, Host was very helpful with trying to resolve the problem. Unit was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay

Property was clean and had an incredible view of the ocean waves from the living room and master bedroom. Hearing the waves crash at night sounded like the wind blowing to us midwesterner's. Kitchen and laundry were up to date and worked great! Our two sons shared the third floor bedroom with two single beds and had their own AC unit which kept their space cool. The second floor had a queen bed for our daughter and our master bedroom, however, we could never get that floor cool enough, though the main floor living room/kitchen was always comfortable. Loved the view, however, not very private, with lots of neighbors walking the grass between our patio door and the shrubs that lined the ocean. Beach isn't going to be great for little ones, though it is accessible just a few feet away. The ocean really is RIGHT THERE like the pictures show! Thank you!

Regarding privacy, being directly oceanfront does mean there can occasionally be foot traffic along the shoreline, but we understand how that may feel less private at times. Location is wonderful. The gated community has its own private beach that was good for paddle boarding, boogie boarding and the sand was very soft. The home was very nice and everything we needed, just know that the upper bedroom with the 2 beds is pretty small with the sloped ceilings and was a little tight for 2 older teens. The only issue that we had was that when we arrived the first night there were a couple of dead cockroaches on the floor and a ton of long ant like bugs, but after the first night it was much better. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Lahaina is rebuilding and this unit, at the edge of a property partly burned by the fire, is lovely, especially during whale season.

Amazing experience!

We had two families stay at the property-plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit was clean and updated. They were very accommodating-let us check in early as we had an early flight. Extremely communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

Come here 100% for the views. Thought the accommodations were reasonable. I think Hawaii in general just has a lot of bugs, so we tried to keep the doors shut. The kitchen stove had a little grime that was easy to clean. AC units worked well. There is shampoo/conditioner in the small bottles which was fine for a few days, might consider bringing your own if here for longer. Check-in and out instructions were clear and straightforward. The community was super welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to any traveler, the views were unbeatable, and location we thought was great. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Stay

Pumana was a beautiful area. We arrived just before a huge storm and the 2nd night of our stay there was a leak in the ceiling from the heavy rain fall. We got in touch with the property manager and he helped us move to a different property. We were thankful for his help and kindness. We were extremely happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying at this house. 5 minutes from downtown Lahaina, shops, marina, restaurants and all the activities you could want. The properly was a little dirty on the floors but everything else was smooth and enjoyable

This property was awesome! The location was great. The view from the lanai is incredible. The unit is at the southern most end of the property. So, it was quiet and secluded.

Fantastic

Lahaina Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Lahaina. The location of the property was incredible. Beach walks in the morning were accented by monk seals playing in the water, literal feet away from us. We also saw sea turtles multiple times. The property comfortably fit six people of multiple generations. The location was wonderful for front street and numerous beaches.

Wonderful Stay!

We were at this property for two weeks and our family had a wonderful stay! You can’t beat the location so close to Lahaina and right on the ocean. We really enjoy the views and listening to the waves! The house is well equipped with everything you need. The only warning we have is the ceiling height in the bedroom with the twin beds. Great for kids but low for adults! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
