Loved by FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN, this charming residence is just minutes from the MOUNTAIN VILLAGE CORE, where you'll discover top RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES.

Inside, the COZY LIVING ROOM invites you to relax by the GAS FIREPLACE, surrounded by a plush SECTIONAL SOFA and comfy chairs—perfect for movie nights on the FLAT-SCREEN TV with BLU-RAY PLAYER. The fully stocked GALLEY-STYLE KITCHEN features ample GRANITE COUNTERTOPS and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Step through the sliding glass door to your PRIVATE DECK, complete with OUTDOOR SEATING, a GAS GRILL, and peaceful views. Meals can be enjoyed at the DINING TABLE for six or the convenient breakfast bar with seating for two.

This condo comfortably sleeps a variety of guests with its TWO INVITING BEDROOMS. The PRIMARY SUITE boasts a KING-SIZE BED, tasteful décor, a FLAT-SCREEN TV, and an EN SUITE BATHROOM with a SHOWER/TUB COMBO. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or teens and features a CAPTAIN'S BUNK BED with a FULL-SIZE BED below and a TWIN above, plus a FLAT-SCREEN TV. A second FULL BATHROOM with a glass shower is located just steps away.

Apex at The Terraces is available YEAR-ROUND and provides exceptionally easy access to the CHONDOLA right outside your door for a quick lift into town or to the GONDOLA. Even in the off-season, free rides are just a phone call away, making this condo the perfect MOUNTAIN GETAWAY no matter when you visit

End unit, with fine views, most convenient to the Chondola and ski slopes, impeccably furnished and very comfortable. There is a parking space in front of the garage (the garage is occupied by the owner's vehicle).

Very nice, clean, comfortable condo. Easy access to two chairlifts (across the street down some stairs). No complaints but i need to say, there is not enough comfortable seating in the TV area for more than 3 people (there are chairs, just not comfortable chairs). Telluride Rocks!

Great location!

This condo is situated right at the base of the Gondola which makes getting around very easy. The place is well appointed with everything you could possible need and in very good condition. We truly enjoyed our stay there, highly recommended.

Clean quiet nice

Very nice, well appointed condo/townhouse. Quiet area away from base lodge area. Be aware - 2nd floor unit with no elevator. Was a little difficult with heavy luggage.

Fantastic Property in a great location

We had an issue with thermostat that kept the unit quite warm at night. When we called the property manager to report this - they were super responsive and the issue was addressed promptly. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever stayed in - overall this is a great unit with a great location. Thank you!

Lovely home!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Mountain Village. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, and the fireplace is a nice feature. We drove to the mountain village gondola parking lot and shopped at the Village market for groceries. One short gondola ride takes you to the center of mountain village which has good coffee shops restaurants and shopping. A second beautiful gondola ride takes you to the heart of Telluride. The hiking trails are amazing and many trail heads are right at the edges of town.

Peaceful

The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. There was a one mile hike to the gondola which made getting into town easy. The area provided beautiful views. When I booked I chose this because it indicated it was located at the base of the gondola- I did not note which gondola and the closest to this condo was closed for the summer. It would be great in ski season. It worked out fine and was definitely my oversight.

Beautiful home and location

Myself and one friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the easy access to slopes and Mountain Village as well as the quiet of the neighborhood. I did not feel that the property management company did right by the owner in the cleanliness or upkeep of the unit, it was quite dirty upon arrival. I hand wrote them a 1.5pg letter. It is a beautiful home and deserves to be cared for as such.
