PROPERTY
FAMILY AFFAIR is connected by a 150-foot lakeside deck, and is home to three separate cottages that line the perimeter of the shoreline of Lake Muskoka. Just steps away from the water's edge, the cottage deck provides access to the two private docks on the property. The abundance of deck and dock space provides guests with endless options to spend their day! Each cottage is equipped with its own patio furniture on the connecting deck, providing families with personal space without infringing on the neighbouring cottage. The property is also home to two separate docks. For those looking for shade, the first dock is equipped with a large umbrella for lounging. The second dock, which extends significantly further into the water, provides all day sun for guests looking to take in the sun. The water depth off the end of each dock measures approximately 8 feet - perfect for diving! A large portion of level land and a firepit and Muskoka chairs can be found in front of the three cottages. Offering ample room for family soccer tournaments and campfire sing-alongs, this Muskoka property can't be beat!

The linens and turnover fee is $1,140.00 per rental
