Great location!

Really enjoyed the stay in the penthouse. The location was the best for everything right outside the building. Great restaurants, coffee drinks. The owners and management were great to deal with and very responsive. Our grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool.

Condo was wonderful!

This condo was perfect. It is nicely decorated and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Infinity pool overlooking the beach was beautiful. We would go back.

Great trip!

We had a great family trip to Bucerias. The condo was exactly as advertised. Location was amazing, condo was beautiful and the sunsets were nothing short of spectacular. Hal and Jill were always super prompt to reply and when we ran into a tiny issue, Teresa, the property manager, was quick to get it resolved. We can’t wait to come back to Bucerias again!

A Gem in Bucerias

This penthouse was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was great for walking to the many shops and restaurants in Bucerias. Steps from a warm swimmable ocean and a beautiful infinity pool too! Hal and Jill are wonderful hosts.We will definitely be back again!

The property is amazing. I have stayed here twice and this time we stayed in a three bedroom. It’s was fabulous!! The property manager Teresa was very helpful. The room was very nice!

Fantastic trip! Beautiful place with lots of space and amazing views!

The location is perfect. We enjoyed several of your suggested restaurants—all walking distance. We especially enjoyed Karen’s. Great property that met all expectations! Great location!

Looks amazing on Vrbo and does not disappoint in person. My wife and two teenage age daughters are already lobbying to come back to the same place. Safe area close to everything and gated. Pool and beach are as good as they look in pictures. We would love to stay again. Thanks.

Would stay again

Really enjoyed our stay here. There was construction next door (both sides) which we were unaware of but it was still a very positive experience. Many little details like English speaking TV to watch the World Cup soccer, a good coffee machine, beach toys to use, a very well provisioned, tasteful condo, quick resolution of any questions or concerns. We loved being able to get takeout at nearby restaurants and eating out on the deck overlooking the beach for dinner. Many nice people in the building live there for the winter.

Wonderful 2 weeks

This property exceeded our expectations. It was so much fun to stay in a penthouse unit at Ounta Arena. We enjoyed every minute. The condo is decorated perfectly and the kitchen is fully furnished. Everything we wanted or needed was there. Highly recommend a stay in this great place. You will have a memorable vacation. We love it.

Amazing place and perfect location

We can’t say enough about this place. The condo was amazing and exactly as advertised. This was our second time staying in Bucerias and this location is perfect….short walk to the market and Centro area, and short walks to many amazing restaurants and stores on the south side of the foot bridge. The owners are quick to answer any questions you have and the property manager is as well. Beautiful views from the decks as well as from the infinity pool that is right on the beach. We had a fabulous time and definitely want to come back when the weather is not quite as humid!

Simply Excellent

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo and the pictures do not do the property justice. The views, beach front location, and amenities are just perfect for people wanting a top notch Mexican get away. The property is bright, beautifully furnished and has enough space to give everyone a little privacy when needed. If we could give this experience a 6 out of 5 rating… we would do so. On a final note, the property owners are incredibly great to deal with and we really appreciate their efforts to make our stay special!

We didn't want to leave!

We stayed 9 nights in this absolutely beautiful Penthouse condo. The condo was sparkling clean and had every amenity you would need for a fabulous stay. We spent many days lounging by the lovely pool and meeting so many of the very friendly condo owners of Punta Arena. Hal and Jill were excellent to communicate with prior to our stay. Great condo, lots of surrounding construction at the moment

This condo is great - the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the beach is long and great to walk on, the view is amazing, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. At the moment the the building has two new condos being constructed on either side of it and it's very noisy 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Once this construction is complete, I'd definitely return.

Fantastic location and great hosts!

Our family of 5 stayed in this amazing condo in Bucerias. The location was fantastic and very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was as pictured, extremely well maintained with views of the sunset each night that were breathtaking. The hosts were wonderful and gracious - helping us out with a last minute request. The common property and pool were maintained exceptionally well and there was never any shortage of pool chairs. The only thing to note is that there is a new building going up next door - so there is some construction noise - but we did not find that it bothered us. We will definitely return - was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
