This 4400 Sq. Ft. property has luxury and value. Casa de Tres Palapas is located 2 short blocks from the beach. Whether you are coming with your family, or celebrating with your friends, this is the perfect home!

No need to worry about meals, as you will have your very own full time Amazing Cook. She works around your vacation schedule, to provide you the most authentic Mexican food or any special requests you may have for meals. Greeted with an ice-cold Margarita, and amazing hospitality from the moment you walk in.

There is a large outdoor BBQ area with seating under a huge palapa roof. The guest suites have a total of five bedrooms, (3 King beds, and 3 Queen beds) 1 full kitchen, 2 living rooms. In addition, there are two couches that have fold out beds, as well as a futon couch that can be an additional bedding option. The large roof top tanning area is a great place to view the sunsets over the ocean and the stars at night. There is a welcoming patio area and outdoor heated pool. This home is well maintained for your relaxation, and the gardens surrounding the pool make it seem as if you are at your very own private resort.
Each guest suite has A/C, as well as ceiling fans and additional A/C units throughout the home.
There are beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler and wagon available to take to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. This property is very close to restaurants and shops, but is also located in a quiet, safe residential area. Taxis and buses a short walking distance.

What an incredible house! Right smack in the middle of everything. Plenty of room inside and out for you and your crew to spread out and enjoy. Pool is so great. Rooftop palapas for a nice evening hang. The staff is absolutely lovely. Mariana, Denise, and Arley will take great care of you, keeping the house clean and making delicious food! Two blocks from the beach! Chairs and umbrellas are there for your use and a wagon makes transportation to and from the beach a breeze. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Fabulous Property and staff

There were seven adults and the house was perfect for our group. The property and grounds were spotless upon our arrival and stayed that way throughout our week long stay. Denise, Paulina and Mariana were wonderful. We found coffee brewing when we awoke and breakfast of bacon, eggs, and pancakes, toast, etc. each morning. Our host, Monica, was in touch and accessible, offering recommendations and help and asking if we needed anything. The property is well located within blocks of the beach, the grocery store, and many great shops and restaurants. We will return to this property at our very next oppurunity.

Excellent Stay!

Our group was blown away by the staff. The food they provided was 10/10 and the home was so clean. Most rooms had their own bathroom which was really nice. The rooftop view is beautiful! Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Can't say enough good things about the property. Absolutely immaculate and better than described. The staff were also tremendous and every meal prepared was very delicious. Our favorites were the Enchiladas Verde and the Coconut Shrimp. Will return!

Excellent choice for a stay in Bucerias

There cannot be a better property in Bucerias. We had 10 family members from 3 different families, ranging in ages from 6 to 80. There was space enough for all of us to sleep very comfortably, there were a variety of living rooms and sections for everyone to relax, or play games, or chat. The pool was fantastic and a great break from the ocean. The location: literally 2.5 blocks from the ocean, with a super markets, corner stores, and restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. The staff: incomparable. Other reviewers talk about the staff and how wonderful they are, but words cannot do them justice. They are kind, welcoming, and really good at their jobs. We've never had a vacation home with a chef before, and we're so glad we did. Monica: Monica is communicative - she answered every question that I had, and gave info when I wouldn't have thought to ask! I'm so grateful she suggested getting a golf cart; this was helpful for my parents to get down to the city center. Amenities: The pool had toys and rafts for the kids. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand castle building supplies, games, and a cart to wheel it all down. There were many bathrooms in the house, and everything we need. I could have just packed a swimsuit and I would have been fine. This house had EVERYTHING. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic

What an amazing home! Pool, rooms, kitchen, outdoor space, everything just incredible. Monica was easy to contact and quick to respond. Staff was extremely friendly and great at their jobs. We only had 2 meals prepared but they were great and plenty of food. Two blocks from the beach and walking distance to huge grocery store. If you are reading this and not booking now, your mistake!

Family Mexican vacation

Went on a trip with my three adult children, their partners and their babies. Babies were 3 months, 9 months and 20 months. House was perfect - each group had their own private room complete with ensuite. Pool was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. House supplied wagons, umbrellas etc. everything required for a successful beach day. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our cook provided meals better than any restaurant. We were sorry to leave and would definitely book again.

Best Vacation for All Ages

This was the best vacation experience I have ever had. We had 3 families ranging in ages from 5 to 55 staying at Monica's property and it was the perfect vacation place for all ages. Monica was responsive and awesome. She gave us a lot of great recommendations. Her excursion recommendations were fantastic. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. What really set this apart was the staff (Paulina & crew). They were friendly and helpful. They helped my kids learn some basic Spanish phrases to use around the house. I loved coming back from an excursion and my kids would hop into the pool for another few hours while Paulina made us adults the best margaritas to sip poolside. Meals were fantastic. We would hands down stay at Monica's property again and are so thankful for our entire experience. Thank you Monica, Paulina, and crew!

Didn’t want to leave

8 of us sisters, nieces & partners stayed for 6 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. Enough room to have your own space and also fabulous choices of areas to hang out and socialize. Loved the upper patio in the morning for shade and ocean breeze. The pool area was great with a mix of Sun and shade. Easy access to the beautiful expansive beach. But what took this stay to the next level was care and food provided by Denis, Mariana and Paulina. Big thank you from all of us:)

Paradise in Bucerías

Great property only 5 min walk to the beach. House had everything, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, wagon, coolers! The villa is better then advertised and Denise, Paulina and Mariana make the stay 5+stars. The meals were absolutely delicious and ladies were so wonderful. Definitely will be back!!!!

Wonderful Place!

This is an amazing property; it was exactly the same in real life as it looked in the photos. The house is spacious and comfortably fit our family of four plus another family of five. Denise, the personal chef, was amazing, as were the rest of the staff. A few things: 1. There is definitely noise, especially if you are in the suite closest to the street. (Some reviews commented on the construction in the area, and there is definitely a lot of construction, with several high rises going up nearby - it's definitely an "up and coming" area.) 2. It does end up costing you more than it may seem when you book. As a party of nine, we paid $50/day extra for having more than eight guests, and you are also expected to tip the staff $15-$20 per day per person, which adds a lot to overall price - about $1500 more for a party of nine for a week. After you meet the staff and see how they spoil you, you will want to tip them, but it was still a significant amount for us that we weren't necessarily prepared for. Overall, still a great deal, especially if you look at hotel and restaurant prices in the area. Also, having a someone available to cook meals made it a truly relaxing experience.

Definitely recommend!

Our family visits this area of Mexico fairly regularly and rents properties each time. This home was an amazing place to stay and definitely one of our favorites! The layout of the home is unique and allows for everyone to have their own private space and bathroom which is a great feature for a group of adults. The staff really makes your stay extra amazing!

A week in paradise!

Well appointed, beautiful home with exceptional staff, manager and owner. The pool, patio, rooftop deck, and gardens are all lovely and well maintained. The beach, town centre, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. A public bus stop for a trip to Sayulita is within 2 blocks, cheap and fast. There is a lot of construction in the neighbourhood, but we tuned it out with our own music, laughter, margaritas and relaxed vibes. The neighbour behind the house took to burning garden waste at night, which made evenings outside unpleasant. Our direct requests for them to stop or wait until later (in Spanish & English) were ignored. However, this is not a house issue, so we do not count it as part of our review of the property. We cannot heap enough praise on on Denisse & Guille - they are welcoming, kind, accommodating, authentic, wonderful women! Out trip experience was kicked up a few notches by their food and service. We celebrated 2 birthdays while at the Casa, and they made both days very special. Airport transfers arranged by Nancy were so helpful and made life super simple. A welcome drink upon arrival got us right into vacation mode! We recommend splitting the driver tip; we paid round trip transport fee plus tips upon arrival, but a different driver took us back to the airport. We don’t know if she got her half or not. Highly recommend Monica’s Casa for a great vacation!

Amazing place to stay

Stayed here with a group of 5 other people. The house was lovely, with a good vibe, nice pool, and a number of little nooks for quiet time. The setup was good for our group as besides the rooms in the main house some of the rooms were a bit separate. The location was perfect. The beach is a few blocks away and it's just far enough away from the center of town to be both a short walk & away from the hustle and bustle. The host was great and was very responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. All of that would already be great. But what really set this place apart were the ladies that work here. They're so friendly and always looking to make sure you're enjoying your stay. Denise's meals were amazing. We never wanted to miss her cooking. The hardest decisions all week were how to work in some other local bites without skipping meals at the house.

Exceeded Expectations.

From the minute we walked through the doors our expectations of this property and their wonderful staff were exceeded. We were so warmly welcomed by Denise, Mariana and Guille. Monica and Nancy were so responsive as we got settled which was nice as we did have a few questions. We had 9 in our group and the Casa was perfect. Every bedroom with full beautiful bathrooms was perfect and everyone had their own space if they felt like they needed to just chill out. The morning coffees on the rooftop deck while we waited for our favourite meal of the day was a beautiful way to start the day. The house also provided all the amenities for a day at the playa - wagons and chairs and beach umbrellas to tote down the very small walk to the beach was perfect. This group has travelled together before and mostly we did AI resorts. But this is sooooo much better! Again I can’t stress enough how wonderful the 3 amazing women who make Casa Tres Palapas so enjoyable with their cooking and warm and loving spirit. They become familia. Hidden Gem

My family and I, with friends, stayed at Monica’s home in Bucerias from November 2nd to 12th. We were a group of 6. The house is a wonderful example of local architecture with a welcoming courtyard with a pool and lots of lush greenery; the pictures do NOT do it justice. The property is comfortable for small to medium size groups (8 to 10) but can definitely accommodate a few more. The staff, Chef Denise and Guille are amazing and were very welcoming at arrival. Denise treated us with wonderful, authentic meals of our choosing and was very flexible with meal timing as it suited our schedule. They were always willing to do whatever it took to make the stay enjoyable. During our stay we reached out to the owner, Monica, and she was always very quick to respond to our questions (internet related) and issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect. Other reviews noted construction nearby; while true, we were not impacted by noise or dust. The close proximity to the beach and Calle Lazaro Cardenas made daily activities very convenient. It is just over 1 km to walk to the Kissing Bridge into the market in Bucerias. It was also a quick walk to the Chedraui as well when we needed to grab extra drinks and snacks that we didn’t want to bother to ask the girls to buy. Cabs can be found nearby at the Chedraui or the Royal Decameron and buses easily accessible at the highway for excursions to Sayulita, Punta de Mita, or Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing

The property was amazing, Denise (the cook) and her counter part were beyond amazing and so helpful. If I could give this place 1 slight blemish it would be the sensitive sewer, but thats just about anywhere in Mexico. Can't wait to go back

Beautiful home

Like many homes, it has its pros and cons. We did have a few issues, but Monica addressed them promptly. Pro & Cons It's a charming home, only two blocks from the beach. The staff is fantastic! I would come back for them alone! They made the vacation genuinely relaxing. - This beach is where the locals go. So you won't get bugged constantly by the sellers that walk along the coast. -I usually stay in the PV Romantica area when visiting, but the group wanted to try Bucerias. This area deters from the “fast-paced”/city life tourists may get when staying in PV. It's a cheap Uber ride to places, but we were in a group of 10, preventing us from doing much. -Ask for the contract before the nonrefundable date. This is the first home I stayed in where they had an extended contract beyond the one through VRBO/AB&B. I received it two days before arrival. -It was hard to find a good restaurant close by, but we found three good bars within two blocks of the home. -There is also a grocery store about 0.3 miles away. -I love walking & going to markets, and the closest one is 1.3 miles away. Uber ride for three people was ~$5 one way. - FYI, new condos are being built across the way. We would hear construction noises from 7 AM until 6 PM—every day except Sunday. Another con I debated about posting is we had a thatched roof in 2/5 bedrooms. While we were here, a heavy rainstorm hit the area. When it rained, larvae & bugs came onto the beds. Monica did address the issue and said it's fumigated every month. In my experience, it is Mexico and bugs are normal; I've never stayed in a home with a thatched roof, and I was not expecting that to be in my kid's bed. Another issue is the thatched roof does have a powerful smell. It gave me migraines and made me nauseous. In all, the staff made it worthwhile, and they were beyond helpful. We miss them and wish we could bring them home with us. We're starving without them. Ask for chef choice; we did that for our last meal, and she made our group a traditional food that her parents used to make at their restaurant. It was amazing! But in reality, every meal is delicious also.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I brought my parents and 5 children (ranging from 4-19) to this beautiful vacation home in early September. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Monica, the house staff, and this gorgeous property. The home is absolutely stunning and in a great location, within a couple minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owner Monica, and Nancy (with property management) were extremely helpful with setting up transportation, giving us recommendations on excursions, and answering questions before and during our stay. But I have to say… the hidden gems are Denise and Guille! They are the absolute best and truly made our stay unforgettable!! The food was amazing, the home was spotless, and these two women embody Mexican hospitality at its finest. Denise and Guille worked around our schedule (as well as our kids’) and were able to deliver delicious dishes that were truly out of this world! We will absolutely be back to this property and I’m praying these magnificent women will still be there! We’ve been on dozens of vacations and this one takes the cake by far :)

I enjoy helping our guests enjoy their vacation. There is nothing they should have to worry about, because your on VACATION. I'm always available to our guests for home questions, to recommendations on the area of beautiful Bucerias. We have put our minds to work on what is needed to enjoy a home while on vacation with family or friends. Being a host/owner is about making sure our guests feel comfortable, and to exceed their expectations of a great vacation. I also enjoy the friendships I have built with our return guests.

We loved this home because its so spacious for that family vacation or friends getaway. An entire private home, with a rooftop view and heated pool. It had been a rental for the past 8 years, and the reviews were all great ones, so we knew guests enjoyed the property to the fullest. We decided to add that special touch from a private cook, and private staff, then included that in all our guest stays.
