Everything you need is there, it’s a great place to stay and highly recommended. The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people across two rooms, with a hidden bed under the queen-size bunk bed. Perfect setup for kids!!

Nice place, clean and a short drive from the slopes and the town of Fernie. Only drawback is that it’s located on the side of the main highway and snow buildup makes it pretty much unwalkable to the town in winter.

Excellent vacation property

Great location, only minutes from the hill and downtown. The hot tub and steam room are welcome after a day of skiing or snowboarding.

Unfortunately the renovations on the pool hot tub and steam room were not passed on until we got there by someone in the gym…everything else was good…a minor issue with the TV on day one also the bathroom door squeaks…and of no fault of yours the snow conditions were very poor…

Nice place

Key card wouldn’t allow access to the pool or hot tub which was very disappointing. TV had no connection to cable. Condo was very nice though.

You actually have to use the orange fob hanging on the hook by the kitchen to access the pool and hot tub ( the instructions are in the check in information) We will see also what is happening with the cable. We do have guest services available 24 hours a day to assist with these things. But glad you enjoyed your stay!

Amazing condo

The condo was exactly as promised if not better. Communication with the rental company was prompt and helpful, check in was easy, and the condo itself was perfection. It’s close to town and ski hill. It was clean, it has every dish and utensil you may need, they even have a frosted mug ready for you in the freezer when you get there! The amenities are excellent and not crowded at all. Feel free to use the hair dryer I accidentally left there. Haha. We WILL be back, we hope we can use this gorgeous place every time we visit Fernie.

Silver Rock

Overall nice and clean. We had a few issues with the washing machine handle being broken and need to open it with a knife and the storage unit having someone’s stuff in it and not being able to to use it. Small things but when it feels we are paying too dollar, these should have been taken care of.

Great location!

All in all we enjoyed our stay, great location & great condo. The first morning we discovered the lid on the coffee pot/maker was broken so coffee overflowed onto counter…I sent a message letting the condo people know and they gave us a new one that day (thanks you for the quick response). It was quite hot during our stay and the air conditioning started to freeze up…again very quick response from condo people. The reason for 4 stars is that we decided to leave a day early due to air conditioning continuing to freeze up… to my surprise, we were issued a refund for the one night (Thanks Diana) greatly appreciated. We would stay again, this was our second time staying at the Silver Rock.

Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing

Everything we needed, clean and well stocked, quiet building, simple pool and hot tub were just right after ski days. Will definitely be back.
