Music City home a quick trip to downtown! This 3BR home sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 King Size bed and 2 Queen Size beds. With a lovely living room for hanging out, a kitchen for cooking memorable meals and outdoor space out front and out back, it is a delight for groups who are in town and need a place to relax in between enjoying everything Music City has to offer. Amenities include Wifi, Parking, AC/heat and a kitchen set up for all your cooking needs! Also available for longer stays!
This cozy historical neighborhood in the northern end of urban Nashville is the next up-and-coming area. Only moments away from downtown and the thriving Germantown community, the walkable location is under a mile from some of the city's hottest restaurants.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of the booking for a reservation to be considered valid. An email and text will be sent to the guest regarding Identity Verification upon booking. Guest has 24 hours to provide the identification required by the payment processor for the reservation to be validated.

Please ask us about early check in or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge.
Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.
Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towelettes! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules.
Prior to making your reservation, please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis only. Due to allergies, we can not allow cats. If allowed, it is $35 per night per pet for short term stays. For stays over 30 days, there is a $350 pet fee and mandatory monthly cleaning paid for by guests. If unauthorized pets are brought into the house without telling us, it is $100 per night per pet, so it is definitely better to make arrangements in advance.
If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply. Pet regulations, per Metro Nashville, require that all pets outside of a fenced in area (including front port, partially or fully opened garage) must be kept on a leash of reasonable length. Any fines from Metro Nashville will be the responsibility of guests.
The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
