Really enjoyed this property. Several steps to get confirmed and get the keys, but ultimately I had all the information I needed and it went smoothly. Beautiful unit with spaces for relaxing and comfortable sleeping. Such a fun walkable neighborhood. Would stay again and the attached parking was great.

Really great place to stay! Quiet and clean. My children loved the balcony. The convenience of parking was so nice and navigation of the check in/out process easy.

Great loft and location!

We rented this loft for a staycation - very nice loft and location! Close to great restaurants, bike/walking trails along the river, easy walk to NE Minneapolis and the rest of downtown. Enjoyed having the extra space versus staying in a hotel. Took advantage of playing shuffleboard in the lobby and listening to some records in the loft. Check in and out was really easy and nice to have the parking space along with the rental! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment; walking distance to target field

High end apartment with lots of amenities, fun shops and eateries nearby. Elevator was out which made walking to the 3rd floor a pain with groceries but we made it work.

Overall Great Stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. The music and Minnesota touches were on point. Building was very secure and bed/bedding were comfortable. Kitchen is absolutely AMAZING! Any cooks dream come true. Only two minor complaints and one is out of your control. Coffee pot was dirty. And there was a dog barking constantly which could inhibit other guests enjoyment so you should be aware of it.

Place is nice, poor noise ordinance and parking

Place was very nice and had it been somewhere you can have conversations after getting home from a concert it would have been 4 stars. Parking pass didn't work and costed us an additional $30 per day. If you go to bed before 10 pm then this is the place for you.

Son's Birthday Sports Package

We attended some professional sports and took in the area. Good location, descent communication, good effort when managing issues that came up. Safe and secure building with descent value for the money spent based on parking, apartment, location, and amenities. The apartment needs a bit of TLC as some of the furnishings and amenities are in ill repair.

Disappointed

Check in process was terrible. It took 90 minutes to get checked in & get to the room. The parking pass didn’t work most of the time. It was very inconvenient.

Great Property

Perfect location for our stay. Lots of things to do nearby and walkable area. Roof patio was really nice. Loved the look of the loft and the GIANT kitchen was appreciated. Easy to get in and out and property managers were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

The rental process was better than expected as the management company was on top of everything! Had an issue with the parking pass and they were right over to fix it and in communication the whole time. The property was exactly what was shown online but felt much better and more unique in person and would definitely return. Most comfortable bed ever!

The perfect downtown weekend

Staying at The Sable Lofts was a dream come true. I knew I was splurging on myself by getting this place, and it turned out to be worth every penny. Check-in was a breeze, the management company was incredibly responsive, and the apartment was just stunning. Well furnished, well equipped, incredibly sunset views. I would recommend this place over any suite at any hotel in town!

Wonderful time for my husband and I on our anniversary

Loved it- minor criticisms: 1) coffee maker did not turn on 2) oven would not turn on- pilot burner may not have been working 3) recommend hangers and 2 foldable luggage racks for bedroom closet.
