To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

Seasonal Pool Closure Notification
We wish to formally inform you that, in accordance with the building’s operational policies and scheduled seasonal maintenance, the pool facility will be closed and inaccessible from September 7, 2025, through May 25, 2026.
This routine, annual closure is necessary to ensure the ongoing safety, upkeep, and proper maintenance of the facility during the colder months. It also allows management to preserve the high standards of hygiene and functionality expected by all residents and guests.
We recognize that the pool is a valued amenity, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Guest access Guests have full access to the unit during their stay, including:
• All rooms and private spaces inside the apartment
• In-unit amenities such as the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry (if available)
• Building amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas, where applicable

We’re committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and residents. Please review the following guidelines before confirming your stay:
Guest Verification & Check-In
• Mandatory Screening: All guests must complete a screening process before check-in, which includes:
• Valid photo ID
• A selfie
• Signed rental agreement
• Check-In Form: Required by building management. The form will be sent after booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival.
Local Guest Policy
• Guests residing within 50 miles of the property must book a minimum 2-night stay.
• Bookings that do not meet this requirement will be declined.
Pet Policy
• Pets allowed (cats/dogs only) with prior approval.
• Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
• $12 per pet, per day – must be added to the reservation before arrival.
• Undeclared pets will result in:
• $500 unauthorized pet fee per pet
• $1,000 if more than 2 pets or restricted breeds are discovered.
Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, and Bulldogs are not allowed due to building policy.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: Standard time (provided after booking)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in / Late check-out: $25 per hour (must be pre-approved and prepaid)
• Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per hour
Thermostat Use
To avoid HVAC damage:
• Do not set the thermostat below 67°F when cooling
• Do not set it above 75°F when heating
Deviating from these ranges may damage the system and cause delays in restoring heating or cooling.
No Parties / Unauthorized Guests
• Strict no-party policy
• Noise and smoke detectors are installed (do not record audio)
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
• Unauthorized guests: $50 per guest, per night
Violations may result in police involvement and/or a $1,000 fine.
No Smoking or Vaping
• No smoking or vaping allowed inside the unit or on the property
• $1,000 fine for violations
Cleaning & Damage Fees
• Excessive mess after checkout: $100
• Biohazard cleanup (blood, urine, feces): $150
• Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit to avoid additional cleaning fees
Lost or Stolen Items
• Lost/stolen key fob: $250 replacement fee
Gym & Pool Access
Guests must use the provided pool wristbands to access amenities. Lost or unreturned bands will incur a $20 replacement fee.

Great amenities
This is close to Minneapolis Convention Center (5 minute walk). The rooftop space is amazing and lets you enjoy the beautiful Minneapolis weather (we stayed in July). Property was quiet and the other residents were friendly.

Check in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The space was tidy and accommodating. Towels, extra bedding and soaps were available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils for use.

Coffee pot was broken, dishwasher broken, toilet running all night. Furnace sounded like a jet engine. The owner did replace coffee pot and rooftop space was cool, but not a good stay overall.

Air ducts were literally hairy, when we looked at the AC filter, filthy. This is ironic in a place with a sticker on the refrigerator bragging about the air quality in the building since it is a smoke-free facility. The toilet ran continually, when the property manager asked we needed anything, I requested the flapper valve be replaced, we never heard another word from the property manager. This was the first day of an 11 day stay, so it wasn't like they didn't have time to get to it. Not the fault of the manager, but the unit is on the 5th floor, level with the roof of the building across an alley, so 20 feet away from the main bedroom there is an AC compressor unit the size of a pickup that ran 24/7. Good luck on getting any sleep in that room.
