So—we decided to put an end to this “serious problem” 😜.
We built a brand-new outdoor bar under a beautiful palapa, and best of all…
we now have a professional bartender at your service—and probably the best one in all of Sayulita!

or just send us a list of the drinks you’d love to enjoy during your stay,

LOCATION — CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, WITH VIEWS YOU WON’T BELIEVE
The villa is located just one mile from Sayulita’s main plaza — a quick and fun 5-minute ride by golf cart. If you prefer to walk, it’s an easy 15 to 20-minute stroll with no steep hills at all.
What’s funny is… when you arrive, it doesn’t feel like you’ve gone uphill — the road is mostly flat, and the ride takes you through a beautiful path lined with villas, lush jungle, and glimpses of town life. But once you’re at the villa, the view is simply breathtaking.
You’ll be looking out over the ocean, treetops, and beyond — and honestly, we still can’t figure out how it’s possible 😄.

MAIN CASA — SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, AND FULLY EQUIPPED
The main house features 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a large, open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen — perfect for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the views.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom and a spacious outdoor patio with breathtaking views.
Downstairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen and living room also have their own AC units for total comfort.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gourmet gas stove and oven, a modern refrigerator, and all the essential utensils and cookware you’ll need to make yourself feel right at home — whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks.

BUNGALOW — EXTRA SPACE, SAME LUXURY
Just 10 yards from the Main House, we’ve added a brand-new bungalow with two additional bedrooms, perfect for families or groups needing more space.
First, you’ll find the MASTER SUITE — featuring a king-size bed, a private balcony, and a spectacular view.
Downstairs is the FAMILY BEDROOM, designed for flexibility and comfort, with two bunk beds (sleeping four), plus a king-size bed — ideal for kids and parents sharing a space.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
