Beautiful home with stunning views and so walkable to everything Sayulita has to offer!! Everything was so clean and the daily housekeeper, Daisy, was an absolute gem. We also loved the security guard, Oscar! We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing

We just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Sayulita, and I can’t recommend it enough. The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably—perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone traveling with a crowd. There were four of us, and we each had our own bedroom, but the villa could easily sleep even more—there are basically five separate bedrooms, plus bunk rooms with extra beds that make this place ideal for larger groups. The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn't be better—just a short walk to both the beach and the heart of town, yet still peaceful and private. One of the biggest highlights was the private pool—an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun after a day of exploring. The staff was equally amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From start to finish, it was a seamless, relaxing, and truly unforgettable experience. If you're heading to Sayulita, this is the place to stay.

Excellent stay with family of all ages

Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. Golf carts are not required, but know you will be walking up steps to get back to the property at the top of the hill. My 4 year old was able to do them as well as my 68 year old parents, but they were tired at the top. House set up is great for a lot of people with plenty of common area space and a lot of beds. The pool is a good size and has a small area that is shallow and good for kids and then the rest is fairly deep. It has some tiles that could use replaced, but nothing of concern. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy vacation.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Sonadora in Sayulita! The house is even better than the photos – with breathtaking views, an incredible rooftop perfect for catching those golden sunsets, and a crystal-clear pool that we basically lived in. The location couldn’t be better — close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach, but still tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, and it made our time in Sayulita truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect location, home, and stay.

Our group had an absolute blast staying at Casa Sonadora. The hosts were extremely helpful, communicative, and quick to respond, and the location is unbeatable, it's a 2-min walk down a winding paved trail to the main block and to the beach. Everyone in our group was in awe that we were staying here and just how comfortable and easy it was. We ended up hiring a private chef who served dinner on the top balcony for our large group of 11 two different nights, which if you have a large group, I highly recommend. The food was delicious and there's no better spot or view in town!

Stunning property and staff

This place was a piece of heaven. The locals were all so kind and helpful as was the staff. Daisy always kept them home clean and Ernesto always was available for questions and so helpful getting us rides to and from the airport. I highly recommend the chefs to come, they were so fun and get the sopes! The house is filled with beautiful art work, views and the best roof top hang out with the most comfortable covered bed swing and massive dining area. It was such a charming house and wonderful time. Thank you for having us we will be back ☀️

Beautiful home, short walk to Sayulita town center

Beautiful and spacious home great for a group trip. We hired a chef Sireña thru the house for our first dinner, which was so delicious. Short five minute walk to town center but far enough away that it was quite at night. Would highly recommend

Vacation Bliss

Casa Sonadora is both beautifully curated and situated to appreciate the natural beauty and views to the fullest extent. The views from every window are breathtaking. The space on the roof is both comfortable and awe inspiring. The home is full of gorgeous art, and little details that make you smile. The furniture and beds are comfortable. There is enough space for everyone in your party to rest and relax comfortably together or separate. This is a phenomenal home where every detail is thought of. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are delightful, accommodating, and helpful.

Incredible Casa.

We came for a family wedding and fully enjoyed our stay at Casa Sonadora. The location is a stunning short walk to town and beach. The art work in the house is stunning and fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms. The upstairs overlook in the perfect spot to end your day with a drink watching the water and surfers. Highly recommend

Home is perfect!!

Second time staying at Casa Sonadora with our young children. You feel like you’re at home while on vacation. The house manager Ernesto is wonderful. The location to the beach and downtown is one of the best in Sayuilta. You’ll never want to come home.

Amazing!!!

We stayed at Casa Sonadora for a week. There were ten of us ranging in ages from 1 to 74 and everyone agreed, this was a fabulous place to stay. The kids adored the swimming pool (safe for little ones and fun for older ones). It was great to have places for the kids to sleep separate from their parents. We had a wonderful chef prepare several meals and ate on the upper deck every night….a wonderful place to eat, slow down, and enjoy an amazing view. The location was convenient to town and the beach….felt very safe….and was quiet. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Sonadora and want to thank everyone who helped make our stay extra special.

Sayulita Wedding

We came to Sayulita for our son’s destination wedding. The house was perfect as many of the wedding guests booked places nearby and we were able to host a lovely rehearsal dinner at the property. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby. Just a short walk to town and the beach!

Sayulita Family Trip 2024

The property was very clean. All the appliances worked well. Fresh water was provided from a ice machine, water dispenser as well as the whole house had a filtration system. The pool was great! Housekeeping everyday was thorough. Access to town was good. The house manager was responsive to all queries. The house owner was very responsive. Overall a great 11 days.

Christmas in Casa Sonadora

Our family of 10 stayed in Casa Sonadora and it was the most incredible experience. The house is situated on a beautiful lot overlooking the water and in a convenient location with easy access to the main beach and heart of town. The home is stunning and comfortable and accommodated all of our guests allowing privacy when needed with all the outdoor areas. Beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. Highly recommend reserving a Cook for the night you arrive and Golf carts for zipping around town and to some of the other local beaches. Highly recommend and hope to return! Thank you Mark for sharing your home with us!

well rounded fun and easy vacation option

we had 7 and this place was perfect. Perfect size, perfect privacy, perfect amenities, and help with amenities we did not have. Perfect short walk to town. We very easily recommend this spot for a family stay.

Wonder 5 days in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay. The manager took care of our driver to and from the airport without any issues. The manager arrange a golf cart for us and also an in house dinner that was wonderful. Our cook was amazing and very accommodating. The music from the party life in town didn't bother us at all. It was fun. The house felt very safe and we didn't worry about a thing. The only improvement or request we would put in was about the swimming pool which we planned to spend allot of time in. The pool itself needs a little care. Some of the tiles have come off and it was a tad murky. We didn't complain or they might have tried to fix the water. We didn't want to leave the pool for them to fix it. We also would have appreciated a couple of rafts for soaking up the sun on. All in all it didn't take away from our enjoyment and we would recommend it to others. We gave it 5 stars all the way around.

Fabulous time!

We just loved our week at Casa Sonadora! Everything about the house was just as described, or even better. The house was so comfortable, with lots of space for our group of 10 to spread out (including the teenagers). From the pool to the palapa rooftop deck, we utilized all the space. We loved seeing the iguanas sunning themselves on the tree outside and the kids spent lots of hours in the pool. The location, just up from town, was a bonus (including a great workout getting up the stairs/walkway) and we were able to quickly get down and grab something from the bakery in the morning, or walk through town and head to the beach! We had three private dinners (which we scheduled in advance with Ernesto the house manager) on the upstairs deck as the sun went down, which was not only delicious, but also a treat for our entire group. I would absolutely rent this house again, the communication was excellent, the amenities were better than we anticipated and you can't beat the location and views! Can't wait to come back, we miss the sunsets and margaritas already!

We have been traveling to Sayulita since 2012. It has become our go-to relaxation and play vacation. It has been perfect for our growing young family and now with 4 kids it is the best place to get away from it all. We are happy to have other people enjoy the house and town as we do.
