Modern Beach Bungalow with Heated Pool, Walk to Bay, Pet Friendly

This bright contemporary house is set back on a quiet street two blocks from Clearwater Beach and only a few miles to East Hampton and Amagansett Villages. The front entrance introduces the expansive living room which is has beaming natural light entering from the gorgeous backyard area. The one level layout provides open and bright living with three bedrooms and two baths. There is the dining area right off the kitchen and a large lounge area occupying the main living space. There are four glass sliders on the back side of the house which lead to the over-sized decking surrounded by extravagant landscaping. The pool area is nothing short of a private oasis that is picture perfect. The mature landscaping and 18x45 heated pool command all of the attention from the deck.


- Pool will be opened by May 1, and close the first week of October
- Renters are required to pay for propane usage if they would like to heat the pool

Anniversary weekend

We loved our getaway! The home is absolutely lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and luxurious shower/bath. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts were super communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, calm, escape

We loved the peace and quiet, the comfort, and the incredible helpfulness of Josh and Stephanie. The house was immaculate and the access to beaches and more was superb. It was a perfect escape for a couple, or even for a family. There is all that anyone would want or need.

Wonderful winter beach getaway

This inviting, cozy, warm and light-filled house delivers! Peaceful setting. Walking distance to bay beach for sunset views. Rural but all the amenities of the Hamptons in easy reach. Home was immaculate, well-equipped and well-laid out, nestled in a natural setting. Stephanie and Josh were kind enough to accommodate our dog who had a blast. We would absolutely rent again.

Fall Family Vacation

Our family of five enjoyed our stay, especially the close proximity to the villages and being able to walk to the bay each morning. The house itself was what we expected, though certainly could use some TLC to make even better (ex: door latches were finicky, outside cushions need replacing) but overall a wonderful property and one we would rent again without hesitation. The backyard is truly an oasis. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Vacation!

My family (2 adults, 2 young kids) stayed for two weeks in June. It was the perfect way to kick off the summer. We swam in the huge pool every day, hung out on the comfortable deck, walked to the very nearby Clearwater Beach to look for shells and watch the sunset and drove to restaurants and into town often. The home is clean, well laid-out and was stocked with everything we needed. The best part was the hospitality from Stephanie and Josh--they went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had a great stay. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful family time

Really really lovely. Everything was perfect. Stephanie And Josh were extremely accommodating and their house was exquisite. It was immaculate and beautiful, and everything was of such high-quality and excellent taste that it was just so fun to be there. The pool was unusually beautiful, the Hammock unusually charming and sturdy, the bathroom unusually lovely – also everything worked perfectly, which has not always been the case in other rentals. All was amazing -we definitely hope to go back.

Tranquil Covid-free Christmas

Family needed to get together. All from different parts of NYS. We took Covid tests so we were all negative. Then we were able to “travel away” together. The house, ambiance, location and amenities were all perfect! Communication was quick, clear, and seemed to care that we were all enjoying our stay! Loved everything! You will too! It even snowed for us Christmas Eve lol!

Oasis by the bay

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay. First of all, Stephanie and Josh couldn't be nicer, and we really appreciated how available and accommodating they were (without being the least bit intrusive). The house itself was the perfect home away from home for our family's end-of-summer getaway — clean, comfortable and stylish, and with all the amenities you might wish for in a rental. A charming, quiet neighborhood, great for riding bikes and perfectly situated in close proximity to the beaches...from the beautiful, private Clearwater Beach right around the corner on the bayside, to the idyllic Amagansett beaches on the oceanside (not to mention the gorgeous pool at the house). Lots of top-notch dining & shopping nearby, along with easy access to such outdoor activities as paddleboarding, boating, jet-skiing, mini-golf, fishing, etc. Definitely a winner in our book!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family stayed at this home towards the end of summer and had a wonderful time. We had a mixed age group ranging from seniors to elementary age child and there was enough space and variety for everyone. My child especially enjoyed the pool, hammock and outdoor fire pit. The owners are also super nice, easy to communicate with and provided many great recommendations for places to see in the area. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. Stephanie and Joe were very gracious hosts. We’ve stayed in many VRBO places over the years, and I can honestly say their place is one of the cleanest and best stocked place we have stayed! The place is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a welcoming bottle of wine! They were also very accommodating with our plan changes to include a couple of friends and their son. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches everyday, either a short walk or a short drive away. We saw friendly deers everyday in the neighbor’s yard and enjoyed grilling at the end of each day. Communication with the hosts were super easy as well. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again someday.

A relaxing getaway in the Hamptons

We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Stephanie's and Josh's place. Our hosts were very welcoming and communicated very clearly before our arrival. In addition, they were very fast at solving an issue we faced with the heater that was not working correctly. They solved the problem in less than 2 hours and nicely deposited a gift card for us to enjoy at a local seafood outlet as compensation.

A peaceful sanctuary in the woods

This property is everything you see online. Beautiful setting, well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The house was very clean and was located near a private beach with card access. The owners sent a video walking through the check in as well as familiarizing you with all the property offers. I highly recommend this property for your next hamptons stay.

Wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach

We had a wonderful time at this lovely house. The layout (super cozy and bright), amenities (everything you could need for a beach getaway), and the owners (helpful, responsive and very generous-they left a bottle of wine and even treated my son to a 'tour' of a vehicle he is obsessed with). All in all we loved our stay at the house and are already thinking about a stay next year.

Location!

Needing a change of scenery, we chose this location several months ago; and we were glad we did. First, Springs is perfectly situated for trips into Montauk, Amagansette, Sag Harbor, and East Hamptons. Private Clearwater Beach is right around the corner with spectacular sunsets and plentiful seashells. Second, the home was perfectly suited for work and relaxation in the spectacular oasis pool; and included everything we needed for a three-week stay. Third, the owners were attentive yet unobtrusive. A truly delightful stay!

Great location and ambience!!

Spent a week here with our daughter and 2 dogs. The house is light and airy with a beautiful fenced backyard and large deck. Clearwater beach is very nearby for catching the sunrise and sunset. Wiborg and Egypt beaches in East Hampton are an easy 17 minute drive away and Montauk. Sag Harbor and Montauk are a little farther. The beds are very comfy. We had everything we needed for a great stay in the Hamptons!

Perfect Home to Relax

We could not say enough good things about this wonderful home in the Springs. From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be exactly what we needed. We live on Long Island, but needed a break from Groundhog's Day. Stephanie and Joshua are amazing hosts and beyond accommodating to say the least! We needed an iron and had some questions and just like that, we had what we needed. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 couples and kids. It's private enough since the larger bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sites of the home. It feels open and airy when you are hanging about and we had some great movie time with the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. There are so many paper goods like tissues, TP, and paper towels it made the stay so easy. The Clearwater Beach is so gorgeous we walked there everyday even in the cold weather. There is easy access and friendly neighbors. We cannot wait to stay here again and have already told friends about the property. East Hampton Grill and the Springs Country Store are the best but definitely do your big shop before you arrive as it is a drive to a supermarket.
