Pet Fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10/night per dog (max 2 dogs).
Unauthorized Pets: $100 fine applies for unapproved or unpaid pets.
Furniture Rule: No pets on beds or furniture—violations incur a $50 fine per item or $250 if found on beds.
Dogs must have ID/rabies tags, remain leashed, and stay on the property.
Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
