The vacation rental was very clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The house is clean, it’s a great location, and it is remote with great scenery. Biggest issue that we had was that the coffee pots were all broken, there was a Keurig provided, but it wasn’t very clean. The condenser for the HVAC system is extremely loud and can be heard in the master bedroom. The master bed needs some serious maintenance. It’s on a very cheap metal frame that cracks and squeaks for even the slightest movement. We did not have a good resting stay because of this. The last night we ended up staying in the living room on the futon, which wasn’t very comfortable. Also, the igniter was broken on the propane grill. The lack of a charcoal barbecue pit or any type of fire pit also really sucks. It would’ve been really nice to be able to make some s’mores or have a crackling fire at night, but we knew this coming in and we still accepted the property. And the biggest issue for me personally was the constant text and emails by the property management company. Receiving emails asking us to stay longer to pay more, and sending check out information two days ahead of time and then again the following day was a little much. This was our family second time with this house and First time, there was a small fire pit near the river, which made the stay a lot nicer. We will reconsider and probably not stay at this property again or with this management company with the amount of text and emails they sent.
