Beautiful Southeast facing 2nd-floor private condo in exciting Asbury Park. Professionally cleaned between rentals. The unit provides a terrace and is located close to all local amenities- just 2 blocks to the popular 5th Street Beach, historic Convention Hall & only 1 block to the new boutique Asbury Hotel with its popular afternoon poolside happy hour! Just minutes to AP's desirable & iconic shops, eateries, music venues, art galleries, nightlife & more!

Meticulously maintained 1 BR 1 Bath unit has everything you need for a great stay. Gleaming hardwood floors, two cable connected televisions, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender (a must for margaritas!), cook, and tableware. If you want to just stay in and make a gourmet meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

There is a spacious living area with lots of sunshine beaming through and it includes a pull-out couch perfect for overnight guests or a second couple. The bedroom is well appointed and has a king-sized bed and lots of closet space.

There is a shared washer and dryer. The unit is pet-friendly & close to NYC public transit (Asbury Park Train Station on New Jersey Transit). Off-street private reserved parking.

The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and Sunset Lake is right across the street—perfect for walking dogs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

A comfortable, cozy, well-appointed condo, with lovely amenities, close to the action of boardwalk and beach! Situated in Asbury Park’s wonderful neighborhood of Sunset Lake, perfect for taking long walks, enjoying local restaurants and for true relaxation. Hosts supply comprehensive check-in details and information for a stress-free stay. Really enjoyed cooking and entertaining in the open kitchen and living space. A welcoming atmosphere for all visitors can be found here.

We celebrated are 20th Anniversary there at Asbury Park. I was very impressed with the condo. Was so close to the beach and boardwalk. Location, location. The place was so beautiful and clean. Decorated so cute and there was everything you needed to have a great stay. Honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Definately will be staying there again. Neighbors were so friendly. Jay was so easy to work with and always got back to me when I messaged him. Great host Thank you Jay for everthing.

Beautiful apt and great location

My husband, dog and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was truly perfect. The apartment itself is quite large, has parking and is very close to the beach and boardwalk, as well as nearby restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable king bed were the cherry on top. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Great stay

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Little extras like coffee pods, doggie bags, extra keys, etc. made our stay very enjoyable. Great location, plenty to do even in the dead of winter. Jay was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to extend our stay without issue. Would definitely recommend for an extended or short stay.

We had a great stay. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. Condo was clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and a perfect location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you!

Great spot

This was our second year staying here and we had another lovely experience. The location to the beach is fantastic. Jay is a great host and was in communication for any needs we had. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accessible vacation spot blocks away from the beach. Not to mention parking is included! We'll be back again for sure.

Always a great time!

This is our 3rd year staying here and the location can't be beat! It's walkable to everything...just park your car in the dedicated parking space and enjoy. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the host is amazing - always available if you need anything.

Fantastic

My wife and I had an amazing experience staying here. Jay was a pleasure to communicate with and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. The place is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach as well as an array of restaurants and shops on Cookman Ave. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I are already discussing our summer 2024 vacation and staying at Jay and Nick's place!

Exactly What I Hoped It Would Be & More

What a wonderful experience! It took just minutes for me to feel right at home in this lovely apartment. The couch and bed were both so comfy, the kitchen easy to work with and the deck was perfect for my morning coffee while listening to the birds greeting the day. And I couldn’t ask for a better location right near the boardwalk! As a first time VRBO user, I was nervous, but the host made everything easy and answered all my questions. I’ll most certainly be booking this place again!

This was the a great stay. Short walk to everything and right across from the park. Far enough away from the night life so noise was not an issue. Even had a dog bed and toys for the fur babies. Love this place and hope to be back next year!

Had such an amazing stay! The apartment is very well kept and has all the essentials. Proximity is great to everything you could want to do from beach, to boardwalk, and downtown. Absolutely would stay here again. Jay was very warm, communicative and responsive.

Perfection at Asbury!

What a wonderful property and host! From our initial booking to our departure, Jay was always available for any questions. The details of this property were the best we've ever experienced: dedicated parking space, keyless entry, wonderful balcony to relax on, huge sectional couch, king-sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchen with anything you would ever need. The property is meticulously decorated and maintained with SO much wonderful character - it didn't feel like you were in a rental, but rather staying at a friends house. In terms of location, you can't beat it! You are on the boardwalk or at a restaurant in a few minutes walk. We can't wait to go back!

Great location near everything. Asbury Park will make a fantastic vacation for you. This rental has everything you need for the perfect getaway or short term rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and has quality appliances and utensils. The bedroom has a king sized bed with nice linens, and the bathroom is fully upgraded. And best of all...there is a deck to relax and enjoy the sea breeze!
