Cheerful Home, 3B, 3B, 2 Blocks to the Ocean

The best months to enjoy a vacation are during spring, summer and early autumn in Belmar, an ideal town for you to rest, and relax!
Conveniently located just 2 blocks to the beautiful beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and 3-mins drive to the train station, our house offers great amenities and a front porch with outdoor furniture and a grill to relax. We have six beach badges and chairs.
The entrance and 2 of the bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. Our clean and spacious house features 3 queen-size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The house can easily accommodate maximum of 6 adults. A full size crib is available in one of the bedrooms.
The living-dining room is the perfect space for the entire family to be together with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, and appliances.
The home is equipped with high speed WIFI and premium cable TV. Central air conditioning throughout with an automatic whole-house Generac generator backup.
Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.
Cleaning fee includes also cost of providing clean linens and towels.
Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property.

It easily accommodated my husband and I and our adult children. The living area got a little tight but so nice to not have to hire a dog sitter for the weekend. So close to the beach!

This property was exactly as shown. Everything was new and incredibly clean. Our host Amy was fantastic and super responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful - simply an absolutely wonderful long weekend getaway right next to the beach!

Family wedding

We had adults traveling from 3 states to attend a family wedding. The location was perfect for the wedding and to see family and friends in the area. The house was the perfect size. Had a few questions for the host and they were promptly answered.

Most Enjoyable

Our stay at this house was most enjoyable. It is conveniently located a half mile from Belmar Beach & Boardwalk and a half mile from the quaint town with a selection of stores and restaurants. This cozy cottage is set back from the street, located at the end of a beautifully paved driveway, providing the sense of a serene hideaway. The front porch is nestled amongst a landscaped garden of greenery & flowers and is ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The home is well kept, clean and very comfortable, with a central common area, surrounded by inviting, comfortable bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and we easily prepared meals, utilizing the toaster oven, stove and the grill, located beside the house. Amy the homeowner was pleasant and responsive. Even staying in July, we had no issue with street parking for two cars. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting again in the future. Thank you.

Family getaway

The cottage was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well sized, it was great to have ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. We loved sitting out on the cozy front porch with the beautiful landscaping surrounding us. We walked down to the beach several times, it is quite close with a little pond just a block over to walk around as well. Amy was very accomodating and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again.

Out of Town wedding

This was the perfect property for our family. 3 married couples and two small dogs. We were in town for a wedding, got to walk to the beach daily, the neighborhood was very clean and safe. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return another time.

Absolute perfection!

My family and I (parents, sister, and myself) had the most wonderful visit at this property. Two rooms and the main living area (including the entrance and bathrooms) are fully handicap accessible which was vital to this trip. Amy was wonderful! She communicated clearly everything we needed to know and added so many personal, wonderful touches to the property. From welcome coffee to extra pillows and blankets, the property left nothing to be desired. Every person on this trip commented on the beauty of the property. It is centrally located to all the restaurants and the boardwalk. The gardens are breathtaking, the kitchen amenities are complete (we were able to prepare a nice meal together in the space with no issues. Pots, pans, utensils are all provided). The showers are accessible and beautifully designed. Every space in the cottage was pristine, clean, and comfortable. The owners have really nice taste and the finishes are high end. We felt spoiled and pampered and cannot wait to return for our next visit to Belmar. Highly recommend, will come again, we honestly cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Thank you Amy for sharing your fantastic home with us!

Wedding Weekend

My family enjoyed our stay at this property for a wedding weekend in Spring Lake. The location was ideal and 5 adults were very comfortable here. A very inviting home - definitely recommend to other guests looking for a Belmar destination.

Beautiful property and neighborhood

We stayed at this property over Easter weekend 2024. The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. Slight issue with the listing indicating a hot tub as an amenity but this was admirably quickly corrected on the listing. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

BEWARE!

Beware of this property. When looking for a place, I found this one and accidentally hit the BOOK button before I could confirm the dates with my friends. I was told I would immediately lose half my money if I tried to change the booking. That was more than $900. I asked the owner for a few minutes to make my arrangements and she said no. VRBO also asked her and she refused again to give me a few minutes. So we went through with the rental rather than lose our money. Host was rude when we accidentally knocked on her door, confused about the property, house had little sunlight due to lack of windows and one table reading lamp was provided for the entire space. Never again.
