Daytona

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and accurate description. Small issue with bathroom sink but absolutely no big deal.Quiet and safe, comfortable bed. Easy to checkin and load/unload. Great place for one or two people.

Snow Birds get away

Overall it was good.It was clean and everything you need was provided.A few photos are out dated.The washroon did not have doors just a curtain.We would rent it again if available. Windsor Ontario CANADA

Quiet RV Park

This is an old travel trailer on a permanent spot in an RV park with several other permanent homes. Very Clean inside, very comfortable bed and everything worked as it should. Enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and all meals. Not noisy at all for how many people were around. There is a set of interior steps that go from living room to rest of home, not good for someone who has bad knees. Bathroom is between kitchen and bedroom with curtains for privacy, or no privacy and to navigate the toilet one foot is in shower or sit sideways, we managed. Overall it was quiet and easy to navigate the area.

Sunshine RV Park

The trailer was perfect size for 2. Clean and well stocked with plenty of storage. The cons for us was it was not in close walking proximaty toshoppung or activities, and itvwas a noisy corner. In fairness, we live on 10 acres, so we are not use to being in clise proximty to neighbors. Tgat said, everyone was friendly and helpful. The public restrooms/showers and laundry facilities were very nice, and always clean. Vanessa was great to work with and prompt with responding to questions.

Totally duped by photos and description

I'm 72, and feel I have been pretty savvy avoiding getting taken. Well, sadly I cannot say that about this place. I read the reviews and they had to come from either family or friends. There is no way this is a 4.8. I notified the host of a missing light bulb and broken cover and was told the rest of the light is adequate when I asked to have it fixed. It was over the sink. That set the tone. This VRBO is located in one of the loudest, rudest parks I have ever been in. Motorcycles, loud vehicles, dogs. I had to go to the office regarding a neighbor who was blasting their music even at 1130 PM. This VRBO is located right beside the road coming to it's location and the volume of traffic was unreal. The batteries in the remotes for the HVAC must have been low. The Cable TV stations had enough snow if you missed it. I left 2 days early I couldn't stand it anymore. I have no idea how to this day this VRBO got the reviews it did. Well, good luck to the next sucker, I mean renter. And the funny part was, my remarks to the host was, I was looking for a nice quiet stay. Oh and enjoy a sofa when you sit on it, your knees are above your ears. Old worn furniture as well. Shower curtain sticks to you while you try to shower, no vent fan, uneven floors, it goes on and on. See that beautiful stone driveway in front of the VRBO? Well, that's not there. I would say you get what you paid for but this place didn't even come close to a VRBO. Shame on me, I was fooled.

Everything we needed

My daughter and I stayed one week and were simply delighted with the place. Everything we needed was already there(even puzzles and games). The swimming pool was nice and warm too. We loved the place!

Sunshine holiday resort daytona

We enjoyed our stay in the cute trailer home! The front screened in porch was our favorite room! Nights were quite. The nbrs were great. There were fun activities in the "hub". The pool was nice.

Daytona bike week

A great location, and a great price . Friendly neighbors. We arrived and checked right in at the unit . It was clean and everything was as described. Would stay again.

Holiday stay once again

We've rented this property several times. The upgrades were a blessing this trip with the record low temps. The heating/ cooling system worked perfectly for the ever changing temps. Everything was as expected according to the listing. We enjoyed our stay. We've met so many nice people in the park and look forward to coming back. Will continue to stay here as long as we are able.

Overall great, but just a warning

Upon arrival, check in was extremely easy. Overall, we had a great time on our stay in Ormond Beach. I will say, if you’re not used to the heat, you will have a hard time relaxing during the summer months here. It can get uncomfortably hot and sweaty. The living room AC unit definitely worked the best and was very clean. The other two were loud, barely functioning, and seemed…. moldy. BUT we still loved our stay. The screened in porch is so nice and this kitchen it stocked very well. The pool at the resort is fantastic. The shower was very nice too. The neighbors just keep to themselves. My only complaint is the heat, but you can only do so much with a trailer/rv. It definitely keeps you out of the house and in the water!

Beautiful, neat, affordable, love it!!

So the place is a little small (careful other than living room ceiling is low I was fine cause I'm short my bf not so much 🤣) but it's stunning clean neat etc I enjoyed my stay it felt nice n cozy no doors on bathroom just curtains so yea 😅 only thing I didn't like but this place still worth it especially if it's just 2 adults very nice!!!!!!

Very cozy and felt like home. I’m going to miss coffee on the screened in sunroom!

Great all around! Even the dog loved it! I’d live here! People are great, the pool, the property, everything was so nice! We will visit again and so will our future guest.

Holiday trip from WV to visit family

Had a nice stay for the holidays. Great park where the rental is located. Rented a golfcart from a resident in the park to get around within the park for our stay. The rental was great for our dogs as well as my husband and I. The dogs loved laying on the lanai. There was everything we needed within the rental for our stay even an electric heater for those few cold nights! Love the area and renting this mobile home saved us from driving our motorhome down. We liked our stay so much we already booked another for this year.

Perfect Place To Be

This spot was just perfect! The RV park is well maintained and the pool is heated so you can swim year round! The RV park has daily activities from playing cards or bingo to pancake breakfasts and also a live DJ playing music by the pool. Vanessa has a typed booklet telling you everything you need to know during your stay. Everyone I met was very friendly and inviting. I would have stayed longer had I known how comfortable I would be!!

Great place to stay

Very pleased with the rental... Host answered any questions rapidly...the unit was very clean and personally, I had no problems. Would I recommend this, absolutely. Location has a few good restaurants and I-95 access is just minutes away .
