Extremadamente limpio y recientemente remodelado Dos habitaciones / Dos baños 1000 pies cuadrados. (bañera / ducha en cada uno) Condominio en la planta baja frente al mar disponible para alquiler mensual en la hermosa playa de Ormond. Las habitaciones tienen 1 cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales. La unidad está totalmente equipada con ropa de cama, sillas de playa, toallas de cocina y creados. Sólo tiene que traer su ropa. Unidad ha cubierto plaza de aparcamiento justo en frente para fácil acceso. La unidad tiene administrador de la propiedad en el sitio para mantenimiento y seguridad. En la piscina de tierra (no climatizada) y en las instalaciones de lavandería de pago ($ 1.25 por carga). La unidad tiene televisión por cable / internet en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal y wifi dedicado. Ocupación máxima 4. La unidad y el patio son para no fumadores. Disappointed

There were issues with the property that concerned my husband and myself throughout our stay. The condo was damp and had a musty odor. After a couple of weeks, a dripping leak began from one of the kitchen cabinets onto the counters. A plumber came and investigated. He said there was a leak and mold in the ceiling area. No further repair took place while we were there, since we were leaving at the end of that week. Obviously, the mold issue was of great concern. We also had electrical issues, which we reported to the owner. The stove was a problem to work with, and the broiler wouldn’t heat up as it should. We stayed for six weeks and loved the location and the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we will not be renting again.

Great Value and convenient

We needed a place to stay for a 43 day interim between the sale of one property and purchase of another. We were able to forward our mail here and set up a mini home office and still very much enjoy the beach, ocean view and sunrises. Everything needed is close by. You will love this place!

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Even with bike week within our time frame we never had trouble getting around. Had all we need to enjoy the beach and the pool. Only slight minus was March is a little rough to enjoy an unheated pool. Would have stayed next year if time wasn't taken already.

The condo is very lovely and has everything one could ask for. The owners provided everything to get us going from paper products, laundry soap, the list goes in. The owners are nice and gave my husband a tour of the complex. It was nice having the first floor and the daily view was wonderful. We met several folks that live there year round and we will miss there daily wave and greetings.

Nice condo!

Clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Location across from the beach was very convenient. Groceries & restaurants are close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

Great location, noncrowded part of beach, large pool, condo had plenty of room for my family of 4. They provide everything you could think of from towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large pool and easy access to the beach. The outside of the condo and the pool are nice, clean and kept up well. Covered parking and the parking spot right at the door was a big plus for us since we have 2 children. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Nice stay at ocean side condo in Ormond Beach

My wife and I spent the week at Ormond Beach here. Condo is nice, bottom floor, fully stocked with everything, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, fishing line and tackle, foam pool noodle, even a bucket and spade for playing in the sand. Bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well and the whole condo was very clean. Complex was very quiet and the pool at the complex is large but was never crowded. The washer/dryer is a complex-shared coin op machine, not in the room itself, so bring some change. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, etc but it also had a bunch of paper plates which was actually more convenient. Publix is 10 minutes down the road, as well as north Daytona itself if you want more stores, restaurants, etc so it's very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable condo!

This condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great and the view of the ocean spectacular! We experienced a bunch of construction and renovation noise the first 5 weeks of our stay with no access to our patio and no view other than the parking lot. The balance of our stay was very nice. Tim & Ellen were very welcoming and easy to contact if we needed them.

Couldn't have asked for more! Cute Condo! Will definitely be returning in the near future.

After doing a lot of research on the best condo for my family, I decided on this one. The owner was very good at communicating with me and answering my many questions that I had both prior to booking this condo and after. Needless to say, this condo not only met my expectations but exceeded them! (That is hard to do because I am very picky when it comes to things like this). The condo was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was true that the only thing we needed to pack was our clothes. Not only was this condo clean and fully stocked, it had little details that made it feel "homey". It was decorated very cute with a variety of beach themed items. The location of the condo on the bottom floor was so nice and convenient. Parking was never an issue since we had a reserved space right in front of the door. Big bonus! The beach was absolutely stunning. It was not crowded at all and the walk to get there was minimal. I appreciated the nice beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. The beach chairs were comfy and NOT CHEAP ONES (much appreciated). The location was ideal. The Publix supermarket, right down the street, was very handy. We can't wait to return because we absolutely will in the near future! The owners were very meticulous about making this condo very special for anyone who stays there. The communication was top-notch. I can recommend this condo without reservation. (Side note: If you are a seafood eater, check out Hull's Seafood! We did several times and were never disappointed).
