We have disclosed our rules and expectations in a rental agreement attached in the Additional Rules section.

We know we're biased, but this home is truly a happy place for our family, and we hope for you, too. Set high on a hill in the quaint town of Dripping Springs, just outside Austin, our home offers a way to get away, while still having close proximity to Austin. Whether you want to explore all things Austin, or have a staycation enjoying our pool, hot tub, and views, this house has it all! Endless restaurants, breweries, distilleries and parks nearby, and just an hour drive to San Antonio. Enjoy!


This is an adorable 2-story home with main level master, perfect for people of all ages. Everything is BRAND NEW!!! The house has been fully remodeled with all the upgrades, including an amazing new pool and hot tub. There's so much to enjoy...you may never want to leave. We never do!

FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

Our guests have access to our entire home, and will have complete privacy during their stay.

We are always available for our guests.

We absolutely LOVE our location! Our home sits on 1 acre, just outside the main drag of town. We are on a private road in the hill country, yet we're only 1 MILE from 290, which runs east to west through Dripping Springs. Starbucks, restaurants, Walgreens, HEB grocery, Home Depot and more are less than 2 miles away!

Dripping Springs is this awesome, forward thinking community with the ideals of Austin, but the laid-back Texas feel. We have the cutest farmer's market on Wednesdays, and if you go any direction from our house, you'll run into amazing restaurants, breweries, distilleries, state parks and more. You'll enjoy seeing how much this adorable town has to offer. We also love our close proximity to Bee Cave (shopping), Austin, Johnson City, Wimberley, Lake Travis, and even San Antonio, which is only an hour away.

You will need a car for travel to our home.

Smooth and seamless stay. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to use! The living room has so much seating. And to top it off, it has a great view of Dripping Springs. It was lovely all around and we would totally stay here again.

What a great place to stay! We had an amazing time at the house and in the community. Communication was awesome and we had a great time. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Overall it was ok but they really need to ease up on all the rules and stuff. Having to grill on foil so as to not dirty the grill is just ridiculous, put a couple more dishwasher pods and paper towels in the house so we dont have to go out to HEB. Don't make your guests roll trash down the hill and out to the street, clean the mold off the outdoor furniture etc. This is not a budget rental and we expected a little better. It was also disappointing to have our early check-in request just ignored.The pool area is obviously the main attraction and is really nice. If this is all you looking for then it's a good rental spot.

We had a great time! The pool is great, beds are comfortable. AC is good and plenty of plates and glassware. Pool and hot tub were awesome for our stay and location is great. Communication was easy and prompt. We had 11 people and everyone was comfortable, the only thing I will say is the couch stay - there is a chair that folds into a twin size bed, but the large couch does not pull out. It is very comfortable and plenty big for two people to sleep on, but I did think it was a pull out or something based on the listing. We had a great time and I highly recommend a stay here :)

Beautiful spot near to Dripping attractions

Our group had the best time in this beautiful home. The pool and outdoor setup was idyllic. We were also able to easily get to downtown Dripping Springs (very close to Deep Eddy Distillery!) the house itself was even better than pictures and the host responded promptly to minor questions. Highly recommend

Bachelorette weekend

Over all the pool and hot tub was awesome. The nights were quiet and peaceful. The inside was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for everyone to lay comfortably. I couldn’t figure out how to lower the thermostat because it would be a bit hot in the house but apart from that everything was amazing! Can’t wait to come again!

This was a fun, quick trip! We stayed two nights at this rental, and had the best time. The location was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do, but still tucked away enough to feel secluded. The pool was amazing, and we spent most our time there.

Great house | plenty of space

We stayed at this lovely little home for a week while attending a conference at Camp Lucy. While it looks small from the outside, there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The kitchen was well-supplied and the backyard was our little oasis.

You are in the country, but yet just 1 mile from Starbucks, restaurants, HEB grocery, HomeDepot, Walgreens & more! We can escape the hustle & bustle of the city, but still have all the amenities. We just love it, and hope you do too!
