4 BED HOUSE 15 MINUTES FROM LAS VEGAS STRIP

All four bedrooms have a queen sized bed, dresser, and tv. All televisions have smart tv capabilities and are signed into Hulu Live which has about 45 live channels and the whole Hulu library. You can also sign into your own accounts like Netflix and Disney+. The dining table seats six people. There are cups, bowls, plates, eating utensils, and all sorts of cookware like pots, pans, crockpot, etc. There is a smart lock on the front door that makes check in very simple. Every guests gets a new code to open the door and can check in on their own after check in time. The property is about a 15 minute drive the the Strip. Each bathroom with a shower has body soap, conditioner, and shampoo provided.

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious living areasold bleach stained sheets were a lil ugly.kitchen well stocked with spices, pans, and Tupperware.We would move trash bins to curb then a neighbor would move the bins to just on the driveway every night so he could park which was a lil annoying but Smiths and Walmart just up the street, pretty close to the freeway too.Would stay again

Host was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner. He is the reason this wasn’t a 1 star review because he was available via text and did reply to our questions. But the condition of the house was deplorable. The reviews must have been from guests who stayed there when their usualCleaning staff kept the house tidy. The grime and filth on everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans are inexcusable for an accommodation with such high ratings. We did communicate our concerns to the host who provided us with an explanation. We didn't have time to look for a new place so we made the most of it. However we would not recommend this to anyone and are sharing our experience to prevent anyone from going through what we went through. We have never had a problem with Vrbo untilNow. Keep looking for another rental.

The house was just what we needed and was very cozy and comfortable for me and my family. It was in a convenient place for me and my Uncle and Cousin could walk to get something to eat and drink and enjoy ourselves.

The location was close to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

.First, when we got to the property, we could not enter, we had to call the homeowner several times to get the code, then find out that he didn't even put the right code in. Just before we checked in the homeowner told us that there was going to be an issue with the water.He said that it would be turned off, but only for a few hours come to find out we had no water for over a day. Very inconvenient considering we were planning on showering and eating in for the first day that we were in las vegas. After checking in, we went into the backyard and there was broken glass all over the floor the homeowner also told us that there would be propane for the gas grill in the back which there was none.And the gas grill was filthy.Checkout process was confusing because the homeowner had us stripping the beds and doing the laundry for him.

The place was disgusting. None of the floors were swept. If you walked through the house Barefoot your feet would be black. It reeked of pot. We found dried pot plant pieces under the coffee table and randomly in different places on the carpet. Carpet definitely hadn't been vacuumed. There was dirt and trash and lint all over the floors. We found some sort of pill in the master bedroom. The bed sheets had stains on them and only one of the beds were made. The pull-out couch bed was broken. As soon as we got there, we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as well as wash all the sheets. The dryer wasn't working so we had to sleep on the bare mattresses. We ended up putting down clothes, towels, and sheets we brought for the trip so we weren't touching the mattresses. The last thing we wanted to do after dragging the grandkids 12 hours was have to clean this house. If the budget wasn't tight, and had we not paid 700 and some dollars to stay here, I would have gone somewhere else.

Amazing

Very clan and spacious, just a short drive from the strip! Kid friendly. It was toys in the closet and a stroller if needed we forgot ours so it was perfect. Nice big backyard would love to booked again in the future

Had to clean everything including sheets just to feel comfortable Mattress stained. Recent ratings are clearly not accurate Grill was gross. Back yard littered.

Great House for large group

Amazing Stay for Our Group of 10!We had an incredible time at this house in Las Vegas! We rented it for a group of 10, and it was the perfect size for all of us. The house was spacious, and had plenty of parking. Every room was well-appointed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The common areas were especially great for hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, and we loved the large kitchen for cooking meals together.The host was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.We can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a group getaway to Vegas. It was the perfect spot for making lasting memories, and we will definitely be back!

Great Location for Motor Speedway

Awesome to have 4-5 bedrooms for less that the cost of two hotel rooms, free parking 20' from the door.
