Cozy 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home perfect for family reunions, business groups and vacation - and it's only a 15-minute drive to the McCarran Airport, Las Vegas Strip and the North Premium Outlets.

Very close to popular shopping, dining, and entertainment, including Red Rock, Downtown Summerlin and Mini Grand Prix. A local park, restaurants and Freeways are less than 5 minutes away!

The house is in a great central location, with many restaurant and shopping options. It was super clean and has a great use of the space. We loved staying there and will definitely rent it again when we come back!

Wi-fi had issues the entire stay... no chairs or anything in the backyard to sit on... other than that, the place was nice, and having soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower was a nice touch.

This place was very nice! The location was great as we have relatives that live about 3 miles away. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants and small casinos too! Would definitely stay here again. Perla was great and easy to communicate with and always responded quickly! Thank you Perla for letting us stay here for a great vacation!

Just what I needed

The house had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again! The neighborhood is quiet but the nearby streets are not during rush hour or weekend evenings with loud cars zooming by, but otherwise a quiet space. The host is the best I have ever dealt with in a vacation rental, responsive, understanding, and pleasant.

Clean house in quiet neighborhood

House was very clean. Kitchen well supplied. If you like a firm bed this the place for you. I thought it would be closer to the strip but it was a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants near by and a nice park within walking distance.

Nice location between Vegas and Red Rock Canyon with short drive to both

Good location that is a short drive to Vegas and Red Rock Canyon. House is simple and has all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Our host was great and extremely responsive, even having coffee and creamer available that we made each day to get us going and laundry pods so we didn't fly home with dirty clothes. Many restaurants nearby to choose from when you're hungry. Only drawback is the backyard is against a major road/intersection, but we were pleasantly surprised that the traffic on it was very light throughout the evening & night.

Perfect getaway for visiting Red Rock Canyon and the Strip

My friends and I had 5 people comfortably stay in this great home. It was about 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, where we went rock climbing and exploring. It was a quick and relatively inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to the Strip. The two bathrooms were great for our crew and the backyard was a nice place to hang out (I would suggest bringing your own chairs to have out there). The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and there was easy access (walkable) to grocery stores and late night pubs. The garage was big and we comfortably fit two cars in the driveway and all of our gear in the garage. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to avoid staying in the Vegas chaos but want access to things!

Clean and Comfortable.

Little extras like snacks water bottles, shampoo, and conditioner, Ziploc baggies, and aluminum foil made the stay very comfortable. Garage with a garage door opener was an extra plus! Very clean, but the slip cover on the couches was a little off-putting, but that is more personal preference. Never had a reason to contact the owner. Very streamline and simple.

Nice but a little noisy

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The location is convenient and the house is very well set up when you arrive. I've never had such an easy time getting settled in at a property. The owner has things very well organized. The owner was very good at communicating prior to check in, so that also facilitated an easy arrival. The house is as advertised. It's central to so much of Vegas and within minutes of many stores, restaurants, etc.One considerable downside is noise. There's a notable amount of vehicles with loud engines on the streets in front and behind the house. There were also four times when different neighbors were playing their music loud after hours. I mention this for those who are light sleepers. Otherwise, this is a convenient place to stay with so many amenities of home.

Anniversary Trip!

The neighborhood was very quiet and the home is located on a quiet lot with privacy. The home was exactly described on the VRBO site and fully stocked with all the basic necessities of our trip!! Clean, clean and clean!! Never stayed in a VRBO as clean as this rental was!!! Loved having enough room to expand and have our own personal space. The garage was a super plus especially since there were a couple days of high winds!!! Also, the garage made the home more accessible for transporting luggage and day to day excursions items needed!! When we come back to Vegas, we will definitely check for availability of this unit!! Great host that answered all of our questions, quickly!!

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and perfect for our stay. Served our purpose 100%. Close to Mountain View hospital and not too far from Harry Reid airport. It was in a quiet neighborhood.
