El apartamento recién amueblado y renovado es muy grande (100 metros cuadrados) y luminoso y consta de un gran salón con comedor, dos habitaciones dobles con camas king size, dos baños (uno grande con baño / ducha y uno pequeño con ducha y sin bidet), cocina semiabitabile y balcón; Se encuentra en el quinto piso del edificio servido por un ascensor.
El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado, calefacción central, TV de 32 pulgadas, lavadora y secador de pelo; en la cocina todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios, como horno, nevera, lavavajillas, cafetera (Moka), etc. y con la posibilidad de solicitar cunas / camas de campaña y todo lo necesario para los huéspedes jóvenes al hacer la reserva.

ESTUPENDA SITUACIÓN Y PERFECTOS ANFITRIONES

El piso está a 5 minutos andando de la Plaza de San Pedro, en una situación inmejorable. Nosotros hemos estado 3 días y hemos hecho todo andando. Por ejemplo, el Circo y el Foro están a 45 minutos paseando. En cuanto a la dueña del piso, decir que la relación ha sido facilísima y que nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles para una visita maravillosa. Gracias y volveremos

Helpful Property Owner and Great Location

Maria Pia went out of her way to be helpful. She ordered our airport taxi for us, provided maps and pamphlets for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean though upholstery on furniture could use a refresh. The kitchen had the basics but could use a few more appliances (toaster, microwave). All in all a great stay!

4 days in Rome

Owner is very responsive and helpful and lives in the building. Close to the Vatican and grocery store and restaurants. One room faces out to main street, the other faces other apartments and is more quiet. Air conditioning works well. Neighborhood is OK, but full of graffiti/tagging and overflowing community garbage cans everywhere. Apartment furniture, area rugs, bed coverlets, and curtains are very dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. Bathrooms are clean but both have mold in the showers.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber, zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und es gibt auch Restaurants mit original römischer Küche in der Nähe.

Super séjour à Rome dans cet appartement idéalement placé !

Super appartement dans un quartier sûr, à 200 m de la place Saint Pierre ; le bus 64 s'arrête à 50 m. Il y a des petits commerces juste à la porte à côté et même un Carrefour Market ouvert 24/24 et 7/7 (!). Plusieurs restaurants corrects dans un rayon de 100 m. En particulier "Quattro Mori" que nous recommandons. Idéal pour visiter Rome. Maria Pia parle français et son mari Luciano parle anglais. Parfait.

Perfect Apartment

Maria Pia was a perfect host. She met us at the check in and gave us a map of the area. and was available if we needed anything. The apartment was really spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

Excellent host, perfect location.

Maria Pia was an excellent host. She made the arrival and check in process easy. Upon arrival she greeted us and provided us with great information about the city and the sites we were visiting. The apartment met all our expectations. It was well put together, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, including good WIFI, to make our stay comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the Vatican and there was a main bus line stop in front of the apartment that could easily take you to the city center and major attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Rome.

Belle adresse à 5 minutes du Vatican, bus, taxi, restaurants...Proche du centre historique avec le Bus 64 ou à pieds pour les marcheurs! Ce qui permet de passer devant la place St Pierre puis le château St Ange!! Un très bon accueil, chaleureux de la part de Maria-Pia et son mari; appartement très propre, clair, soigné et bien situé! Produits de première nécessité à disposition! Bref une adresse à retenir! Merci Maria-Pia!

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment

Many places in Italy can be small, but this apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was also very spacious. The owners, wife and husband, were both very lovely. They live in the same building, I liked that in case we had any questions. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, so it is nice that the building had an elevator.

5 minute walk to the Vatican

Well located, very clean, and spacious. All this and very gracious hosts. We appreciated the lift/elevator, as one of our group has difficulty walking. Many sights within a casual 30 minute walk, lots to see, many shops to look at. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!!!

This was our first experience using a VRBO and couldn’t have been more pleased. Maria Pia was an excellent hostess and certainly made us feel comfortable. The unit was outstanding! Everything was very clean and perfect working order. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space for four adults and a 2 year old. Two full baths was perfect. I had to work some of the time and the WiFi kept up with no issues. The location is outstanding as well. Plenty of good restaurants close by, as well as a good pizza carry out and the Carfore a short walk away. Extremely easy walk to the Vatican. Taxi stand was also just down the street as well as the bus stop. We will definitely stay here again. What a special treat! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay!

Close to Vatican.

The property was nice and clean. Good price. It would have been nice to have a toaster and coffee maker. There was an appliance to make hot water quickly for instant coffee, but we prefer the real thing. Our traveling companions stated their bed was uncomfortable. The property managers were very nice and helpful and very understanding when we lost one set of keys. Fortunately they were found. It's nice and close to everything you might like to see.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed this location. It was close to the Vatican and in a location that was quieter than the city center. The bus was just meters away. The family was very nice and helpful. Maria even came down late at night to help me get into the apartment. All around great trip and great VRBO!

PERFECTLY LOCATED CLEAN APARTMENT IN ROME

My familly of four (2 teenagers) was super comfortable in this perfectly located apartment. So close to St.Peter's Basilica and everything else one would need. The air conditioning was perfect and very much needed on the hot summer days and nights. Maria Pia is absolutely lovely and so accommodating! She welcomed us and answered any questions we had. She and her husband even arranged for a taxi pick up upon departure. Next time I go to Rome I will definately stay in the same place if we are lucky enough to find it available. Super clean!!!

I would like to take this apartment wherever I travel.

This apartment was perfectly suited for my husband, 15-year-old daughter and myself. It looks like you could comfortably sleep 5. The location was excellent because it was only two or three blocks from the Vatican, yet it was a quiet, residential street. There are restaurants and stores of all kinds for whatever you need. The owners were very thoughtful and available for us as needed. The beds were comfortable, all appliances functional, and the apartment was very clean. I would like to take this apartment with me wherever I go.

Lovely apartment so close to St. Peter's Square!

This is a truly lovely apartment with everything we wanted close by. The AC worked great, the internet worked throughout the apartment, there was a lift up to the apartment, albeit a small one, and a large living area where we could relax together after a long day of touring Rome. Everything we needed was close by, a bus stop, taxi stand, a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, a UPS store, and of course, St. Peter's Square - visit this at night, it's beautiful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again. Maria was a gracious hostess and kept in touch with us before we arrived, accommodated our early check-in, and arranged for a van to take us to the airport after our stay. We were completely satisfied with our choice!

Lovely, clean 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms provides privacy for 2 couples

Maria's apartment was very clean, the 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms gave privacy for 2 couples staying. Nice living room allowing us to relax. Apartment had all the basics necessities for our stay. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment as the main doors required a key to open along with the apartment itself. AC kept us cool during the higher temperatures. Maria was very helpful for directions and calling us a taxi when we left. Definitely recommend and would come back to stay another time. The apartment is 5 minutes from The Vatican easy access to the local buses. Highly recommend Trastevere area for entertainment and lots of choices for eating amazing food!

The apartment was even more wonderful then the pictures showed. It had wonderful light and space. Maria and her husband were fantastic to work with. They were gracious enough to book a van for pick up and drop off at the airport at a very good price when we asked them. The location is fantastic the coffee shop, pizza shop and restaurant as you go out the door to the right are terrific. They were the best we tried. The taxi stop was so close and made it easy to get to the places that were farther away. We can't wait for our next trip to Rome and stay at casa di mapi. If you need a 2 bedroom in Rome this is the place to stay for comfort and easy access to all of Rome's wonders.
