Esta moderna villa para un máximo de 4 personas está situada en un caminito muy tranquilo entre el pueblo de Pollença y el Puerto. La villa tiene un huerto con gran variedad de árboles frutales y olivos que la convierten en un pequeño oasis privado, y puedes disfrutar de la fruta de temporada.

Es una villa ideal para familias con niños pequeños porque la piscina está vallada y es totalmente privada. La casa consta de 2 dormitorios dobles (1 con cama de matrimonio, y otro con 2 camas individuales), 2 baños, una sala comedor y una moderna cocina abierta a la sala.

En el exterior de la casa hay una preciosa piscina equipada con toallas, hamacas y sombrilla, rodeada de césped. Además hay una terraza cubierta con zona de comedor y sofá, y una barbacoa.

Las playas del Puerto de Pollensa y Alcudia están a cinco minutos en coche. Los supermercados y restaurantes también muy próximos se encuentran en el Puerto de Pollensa y Pollensa.

Beautiful property in a great location

Great villa for a family of three. Spacious and super clean throughout. The kitchen area had everything you might need. Lovely smart decor throughout and wonderful outside space. The pool was perfect for a cool off dip, just beware those mosquitos in the grassy areas (but this is probably dependant on the time of year) The outside space was generous and lovely for daytime sun and evening meals. The villa is located at the end of a long track with other villas near by. You have a lot of privacy but also feel very safe. Great location, short drive to pollensa beach and pollensa old town. Communication with staff at the Goleta was great, we didn't really need any assistance but having them available on Whatsapp felt reassuring. Would absolutely recommend this for your next holiday :)

Rustige ligging

De villa ligt rustig gelegen maar wel een stuk rijden van het dorp en een slechte weg ernaar toe. In de villa is alles aanwezig wel jammer dat de tuin is afgezet waardoor er weinig uitzicht is

Peaceful retreat

The villa was a perfect size for our family of four. Our two children (and of course ourselves) loved the pool and the BBQ area. We had two weeks here but could have easily stayed for longer. The communication from the property managers (hotel la Goleta) was first class. Would certainly recommend and we will be looking to stay here again.

Track to villa

The villa was lovely everything as the photos showed. We really enjoyed staying there the only downside was the track from the tarmac road to the villa was disappointing we feel we could have done damage to our hire car but that is the only bad point so thank you for a lovely villa. Sauber und gepflegt. Toller Service —defekte Satellitenschüssel wurde prompt repariert. Da ländlich gelegen, lassen sich Hundegebell, krähende Hähne und leider auch Mücken wohl nicht vermeiden: Aber insgesamt nichts dramatisches.

Entspannter Urlaub in ländlicher Atmosphäre!

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in der Villa Can lluis. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus umgeben von eigenem Olivenhain (3000qm) - für Kinder viel Platz sich auszutoben. Der umzäunte Pool ist ebenfalls klasse - leider war es noch zu kalt um ihn intensiv zu nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa Ça’n Luis . Elle est conforme aux photographies , très agréable . Située en pleine campagne au fond d’une impasse. Le staff est à l’écoute et répond très rapidement . Literie très confortable . Nous n’avons pu profiter de la piscine , avril est trop tôt. La terrasse ensoleillée nous a permis de prendre des repas à l’extérieur . Seul bémol, le chien du voisin , dans un chenil juste derrière le mur qui aboie non stop . Je recommande cette location

Traumhafte Finca in bester Lage

Wir haben in der Finca zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Es war alles rundum perfekt. Nach der Hälfte der Zeit wurde die Finca einmal komplett gereinigt, war für uns total überraschend. Für unsere Tochter (2) wurde ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Der eingezäunte Pool ist perfekt für kleine Wasserratten, weil man nicht immer aufpassen muss. Der Vermieter ist ein Hotel und die Rezeption ist immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einmal ein kleines Ameisenproblem und in kürzester Zeit wurde uns geholfen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für Selbstversorger perfekt. In 4km gab es Lidl und Eroski, wo man frischen Fisch kaufen konnte. Die Strände von Alcudia und Pollenca sind gleich um die Ecke. Im Vorwege gab es eine Wegbeschreibung, so dass die Finca gut zu finden war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! :-)

Lovely quiet modern villa with great pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at C’an Lluis. The villa was clean and comfortable and having fresh towels and linen half way through our stay was appreciated. There was air con in the evening which was great (although an hour or two earlier would have been good whilst getting ready to go out for dinner). Hotel Goleta were extremely helpful and came back to us very quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely look to rebook this villa again on our next holiday to Mallorca.

heerlijk!

Een prachtig plekje,helemaal vrij en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Het huis is keurig,volledig en comfortabel. Het ligt ook op een mooi deel van het eiland vlakbij zee en het Tramuntanagebergte. Je hebt wel een auto nodig omdat het huis wel achteraf ligt.

Secluded getaway, beautiful house

A private villa about 5 mins drive from Pollensa town and 10 minutes from the beach. We stayed for 2 weeks having booked in January. The contact with the owners was very good, confirmation of booking and later on instructions about how to get to the house. The villa is owned/run by hotel Goleta, a lovely looking hotel on the waterfront at Port Pollensa - we didn't have any need to contact them beyond going in on the first day to pay the local tourist tax (€30 for 2 weeks), staff were very friendly and it was reassuring to have a professional high class owner nearby should anything have been an issue. The house itself is down at the end of small track (no problem in a car) and has large grounds surrounding it, with a well maintained very private garden within. Pool was beautiful and was cleaned every few days whilst we were there. The inside of the house is finished to a very high standard, the photos on the site give an accurate view of the house. The kitchen was well equipped, including loads of plastic sealed boxes - helpful for taking lunch out with you! There is a good washing machine. The house was cleaned halfway through out stay and both inside and pool towels were provided. When we arrived there was a nice welcome pack waiting for us, including a bottle of wine. We had arranged an early check in which was very helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful. There are several beaches nearby, (nearest Cala St Vincenc and the beach at the port, both just over 10 mins away). Our favourite beach was platja de st pere by alcudia, about 15 mins drive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the villa.

Perfekte Familienvilla

Wir waren im Juni 2017 mit unseren beiden Kindern (1 + fast 3) in der Villa Lluis (vmlg. Can Collet). Für die Anfahrt bekommt man eine tolle Beschreibung inkl. Fotos, ca. 45 Min. vom Flughafen. Das Haus hat eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Frischhaltedosen und sogar Kinderbecher (Ikea). Die Schlafräume sind nachts klimatisiert und die Fenster haben Insektenschutzgitter. Perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern waren aber der eingezäunte Pool und der Garten mit Wiese. Außerdem wurden uns kostenfrei ein Babybett (Chicco, sehr gepflegt und mit schön dicker Matratze) und Kinderhochstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Schlüssel wird in einem Schlüsselsafe verwahrt (Code erhält man vorab), daher ist bei Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Wir haben uns aber sehr über den Willkommenskorb mit Milch, Saft, Obst, Kaffee, etc. gefreut. Da die Villa Hotelbesitzern in der Nähe gehört, hat man über die Rezeption 24/7 einen Ansprechpartner. Wir haben zB per Mail gemeldet, dass der Toaster defekt ist und am nächsten Tag brachte uns das Housekeeping einen nagelneuen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig morgens gereinigt und das Haus 1x pro Woche durchgewischt inkl. Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel. Praktische Tipps: - Leider schaffen es trotz ISG immer wieder Gelsen ins Haus. Wir empfehlen daher Gelsenstecker. - Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Bauernhof (durch hohen Sichtschutz getrennt). Die Fenster dichten aber so gut ab, dass man den Hahn praktisch nicht hört. Nur der tagsüber kläffende Hund nervt ein wenig. - Die nächsten Supermärkte (Lidl+Eroski) sind bei Pollenca und ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Grundausstattung im Haus gibt es keine (z.b. Salz, Pfeffer). - WLAN ist ausgezeichnet, und man kann Unmengen von Fernsehsendern empfangen. - In der Villa gibt es Pooltücher. Die haben wir auch für unsere Strandbesuche genutzt. - Wir empfehlen den Strand bei Porto Pollenca (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Der Abschnitt gleich beim Restaurant Swing ist ideal. Gratis Parkplätze, eine kleine Strandbar, Toiletten. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist flach und der Sand ganz fein. Es gibt dort Platz für seinen eigenen Schirm/sein Zelt oder man nutzt die öffentlichen Liegen (1 Schirm+2 Liegen= 15,- pro Tag). Die Schirme haben einen Safe für Wertsachen (1,-). - Die Müllsäcke entsorgt man in den Tonnen, die am Weg zur Hauptstraße liegen. Wir können die Villa Lluis uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa and holiday!

A lovely, secluded villa with good amenities. Very clean with modern kitchen appliances and well stocked with all the utensils you would need. Great shower facilities in bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with loads of storage space. Bedrooms are air conditioned in the evenings from approximately 6pm to 6am. Close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, however, a rental car is a must. Superb customer service, both when arranging and during the stay. Bath and pool towels provided and changed during the week, even though you have a washing machine in the villa. Highly recommended and would gladly stay again!
