The house was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have closet & drawer space to unpack for the week. The beach is beautiful & is just down the end of the street. Great restaurants, all within walking distance. We arrived late after a long travel day and we were appreciative of the groceries that were provided. They take pride in the home & it definitely shows. The outside patios and pool were so relaxing. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely spot in a very walkable location. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. Layout of the apartment is a bit odd like a row house with kitchen in the back and living room in the front, bedrooms in between, but has everything you need. Quite comfortable for our family if 5 (one infant).

Perfect accommodation for a family of four

This apartment was absolutely the perfect spot for our family of four to enjoy our first trip to Mallorca. Everything was sparkling clean and even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the wonderful hosts even left us some food, which was much appreciated since we arrived late in the evening. The whole area was beautiful and very quiet with lots to do nearby. We were very happy to use the kayak a few times. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they graciously looked after our needs. Highly recommend.

A beautiful location& place!

We had such an amazing time in Mallorca and it was part because of this location. The beach is only 3 blocks away and it’s probably one of the most calming beautiful beaches in Mallorca. I highly recommend this location and the pool was a very nice touch. The whole process with Cati was seamless. She was very responsive and even gave us tips of what to do in the area. I would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous apartment close to gorgeous beaches

A beautiful apartment on a quiet street a 5 minute walk to a few small shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Cala San Vincente is a small area but has everything you need for a trip all within walking distance. We loved our stay at this lovely apartment which was kitted out with everything needed. The pool, outdoor dining area & outside bathroom were highlights. Really cannot fault it. Our children loved the small but perfect pool.

Very nice stay

The flat is exactly what is pictured. It was very clean, smelled nice and we even got surprised by a filled fridge which made the late arrival very easy. The location close to the beach is perfect and the town and beach were not crowded (in April - looking at the ginormous hotels at the small bays this might be a different story in the summer) We had a crawling baby and had to run after him quite a lot as the outside is mainly stone, but this was to be expected. Thanks for a nice stay :-)

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was as described, close to all amenities and within an easy stroll to the beach. The welcome pack was a lovely touch particularly as we arrived late at night. The only down side was no air con in the bedrooms.. Thank you for a lovely stay Anne and Leo

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Fabulous outside space at the front & back of the apartment to relax in both sun & shade. Beds were really comfortable. Although some of the restaurants weren’t open as early in the season there was still a good choice of places to eat - our favourite was Modesto which is opposite the apartment. Beach is 5 mins walk away, clean & good for swimming. Cati & her husband were great hosts, excellent communication & left many provisions for our arrival which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fabulous holiday

Absolutely fab appartment, everything you needed and more location close to beach and fantastic resturant across the road (but you need to book The Modesto)Cati and husband really helpful with directions and getting the key. We couldnt fault anything 2 lovely bathrooms, lots of towels bedrooms have pleanty of storage. 2 terraces with lots of seating, and a covered terrace area with a bbq. Local bus to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and Lidl a short taxi ride away. Will definatly be back, thank you for a wonderfull holiday.

Perfect Apartment

We spent a week in this lovely space. The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully clean. Communication with our hosts was excellent and we appreciated the visit on our first morning when we were given many good recommendations. If you have the chance to drive along the mountain road to Soller, it is well worth it. The two beach areas are small but beautiful. There is an excellent bus service to Port de Pollenca and Pollenca town where there are many restaurants to choose from, as well as lovely walks. We highly recommend!

Outstanding hosts, great property in fantastic location

We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. When we asked for a change of bed linen, it was done within a few hours and their son even came to clean the pool after some Saharan sand arrived with the rain. Gracies per tot, Cati i Jaume! Though it has a small garden, patio and pool, this is a first floor apartment - about 15 steps from the street level so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The accommodation was very spacious with a large lounge/diner, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen was small but had a large walk-in storage area and was well-equipped. A second shower room/toilet is located outside (& houses the washing machine), accessible from the patio - unless you're ready to share the internal bathroom or go outside, the accommodation is perhaps not ideal for two couples. The covered veranda on the patio has a sink and dishwasher. We ate outside for virtually all our meals (stayed in June 2024). The small pool is an excellent facility, great for cooling off - you can only do a couple of strokes from one side to the other. Plenty of free on street car parking, only about 300m from Cala Molins and short walk to restaurants (the best is Windsurf!). Highly recommended!!

Nice property well located

The property is all on one level. You go up steps to reach the front door. There's a large terrace to the front and once inside the apartment you enter the lounge/dining area. There is a corridor leading to one bedroom on the right and bathroom and second bedroom on the left and the kitchen is at the back. You come straight out of the kitchen to the pool (much larger than it looks) area and a sunbathing area and covered eating/BBQ area with the second bathroom tack on to the covered area to the left. Although there were 3 of us there were only two good sunbeds. The bedrooms had plenty of storage but my friends who had the twin bedded room said the beds were very uncomfortable. The double bed in my room was fine but again the pillows weren't up too much. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk away. The market on a Sunday in old Pollenca town is well worth a visit. So is the monastery at LLuc up in the mountains. Also Soller a sea side town on the west coast is very pretty but you do need a car and the mountain road can be quite challenging especially as there are lots and lots of cyclist to navigate pass. Porte de Pollenca is lovely in the evening to sit at a cafe and people watch. It also has some very nice shops. I'm tiring to give a fair review and would have given 5 stars except for the beds and it is quite noisy as it is a residential area with people below you and at the side so you are very aware of them. Apart from that it's fine.

Ruhige Lage, tolle Wohnung.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cala Sant Vicenc. Die Wohnung lässt kaum Wünsche offen und ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief problemlos auf englisch und der Checkin war ebenfalls gut organisiert (Schlüssebox).

Alles war wunderbar

Cati ist wirklich eine außergewöhnlich aufmerksame Gastgeberin /Vermieterin! Wir bekamen sofort einen neuen Wasserkocher u Toaster, da die alten Geräte nicht optimal funktionierten. Die Wohnung wurde ohne Makel übergeben- sauber ordentlich, alles bezogen und genügend Handtücher bereit gelegt und der Kühlschrank war schon etwas gefüllt. Es gab nichts, was wir vermissten. Vielen Dank!!!

Wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, sehr sauber und geräumig. Eine tolle Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer. Wir hatten jeden Tag perfektes Strandwetter. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 4 Gehminuten perfekt zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Sauber und ordentlich. Jedoch war nicht beschrieben, dass das Haus im unteren Stock bewohnt ist. Die Bewohner haben zumindest nachts nicht geschlafen- für lärmempfindliche Menschen, welche Nachts ihren Schlaf möchten, nicht zu empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit einem Manko

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nicht in den Schlafzimmern, sondern im Flur und viel zu schwach um alle Zimmer zu kühlen. Wir hatten keine einzige gute Nacht in den heißen Zimmern. Zudem musste man Schlafzimmertüren offen lassen und hatte damit wenig Privatsphäre.
