The Dose is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, upper level, furnished apartment with private deck & entrance. Full kitchen, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts applied automatically when you enter your dates. Absolutely no pets, children, smoking or partying. Parking for only 2 cars.
Private driveway and on the edge of the woods near Lake Tobesofkee. It's like living in a treehouse. Natural setting, convenient and safe. Not too far from downtown, Medical Center, Mercer, Wesleyan, and shopping. The house is a quadplex with other rental apartments. Each apartment is private and doesn't share the indoor space.
We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests.

Motto: Live life live. I am a son, husband, father, brother, friend and proud to call myself an American. Have camped in 46 of the lower 48 states, parts of Canada, Mexico, much of the Caribbean and Central America, Europe several times. Upon reaching the youthful age of 40, my wife informed me we were going to be parents, a humbling wonderful experience, trying to raise 2 boys better than my wife and I were raised. Not an easy feat, the shoes to fill are immense. Fortunately, we both still have our parents, who relish seeing the frustrations we had instilled upon them, now heaped upon us. It's nice to have the luxury to apologize for being such brats and getting the knowing looks from them saying "payback."

This unique setting is why I fell in love with the property. 7 Springs Hideaway was an old farmhouse built at the turn of the century (1900) that has been remodeled and converted into several rental apartments and efficiencies. We are only renting monthly to people who are working in Macon on contract.

I live minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.
