As you step into Seascape, you are greeted by an atmosphere of impeccable cleanliness. We uphold the highest standards and provide a starter pack of essentials in every bathroom, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Our home is elegantly adorned with tasteful decor, offering plentiful seating and diverse entertainment areas for both adults and children.

The unique design of Seascape is one of its most compelling features. Seamlessly connected for large groups and/or multi-generational families in mind, Seascape features access doors on the second and third levels, renting as a SINGLE expansive home. The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, catering comfortably to large groups or families.


Your comfort is our priority, which is why you will enjoy our private pool, perfect for any weather. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully-equipped custom kitchens on each side of the unit, complete with breakfast bars and dining areas accommodating 12 diners per side. Just bring your favorite food and drinks!
Each section of the home includes a spacious living room with a Smart TV, comfy couches that double as Queen sofa beds (with bedding available), and private balconies on each level. These balconies offer serene views, either of the Bay canals or Perdido Key’s State Park and Beach, and convenient outdoor showers are also available.
Parking is a breeze at Seascape, with space for up to 8 vehicles, including covered areas for personal watercraft or boat trailers. The outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, pool and beach toys for kids, and even a patio swing for your enjoyment.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed. Both Side A and Side B feature Level 2 Main Guest rooms with King Beds and full bathroom access, Level 3 Master Suites with King size beds, Smart TVs, and expansive private baths with rainfall showers, and Level 3 Bunkrooms with four cozy bunk beds and full bathroom access. Rest assured, each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash rags, and bathmats for your convenience.

This house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of beds and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location to walk to the beach access was not long and the beach was quiet! It was a great weekend!!

Spring beach stay.

Was a little surprised that it was a connected duplex rather than one big house but that actually worked out in our favor, As it gave some quiet spaces for people to talk that wasn't chaos around the kids. Absolutely love the location and the Naval Air Museum nearby was awesome when we had a rainy day

Top notch stay

We were a group of 14 people from age 8-78 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location is perfect. The view is amazing. House is very spacious - plenty of room for all. The pool and all the kayaks were such a bonus for everyone. Walk to the beach is easy breezy! Great communication with owners throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our trip.

Perfect layout and location for a family retreat. Centrally located on Perdido Key. The house is well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the house - specifically, the items used by other renters such as cookware, coffee mugs, and utensils. One skillet still had food debris in it and another was completely rusted and look as though someone had left burned food debris in it. One comforter had stains on it, including blood stains. Plus hair on the sofa and bathrooms that had not been fully cleaned between visitors. The host was very responsive and had the cleaning person return.

50th anniversary trip

This was a celebration with our children and grandchildren. The home was spacious and lovely. The pool was a hit and had many pool toys. It was an easy walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time.

This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 15 people. We had plenty of space and loved that the duplex layout gave us two full kitchens and two laundry rooms. The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of shaded seating that was beside the pool, and the deck with kayaks was such a fun addition. The dune and ocean views from the front of the house were beautiful, and the quick walk to three beach was easy and felt safe thanks to the nearby lighted crosswalk. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagons in the house's storage closet. We had one minor issue with the home upon arrival, and it was handled by the homeowner so quickly! Great communication.

Great Property and Host

Everything was as listed, except for security cameras were installed both outdoors facing the driveway and indoors at the bottom of the stairs. Four cameras in total were installed (that we could see). The listing did NOT mention use of security cameras at time of our booking, but the listing has since been changed after we brought this to VRBO’s attention.

Spring Break 2023

The house was perfect. Great location. Pool is great, kids fished and kayaked off the doc. Access to the beach is very easy. Kyle was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our group already asked us to book for next year. Thanks Kyle!

Perfect Place to Celebeate

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. 18 of us stayed at the property and 14 others were local and joined us for dinners. Seascape is clean, well-equipped, and beautifully "beachy." The pool and all amenities were very enjoyable. Our son docked his boat at the house - it was so convenient for our guests to explore the area. Although we were all adults, the place would be great for kids, too. Everything we planned was easy to accomplish at Seascape.

Perfect for 3 families with kids

The house was perfect for 3 families with children ranging from 6-17! The lay out of the house was wonderful for accommodating our large party of 13, and having 2 kitchens was super convenient. The location on the bay was peaceful and fun for the kids to play on the kayaks and floating island that were provided. The beach was about a 5-10 minute walk across the street, but feasible with wagons to haul all of our things. The house was in a central location, close to many restaurants and things to do. There were things that the cleaning crew could have done better, but overall the house was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the house thoroughly and we would gladly stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

Our group had the best time at this property. The location could not be better (pool backs up to a bay where people paddle board, kayak, boat, swim) and it is just three houses down from a beach access). The land across the street doesn't have any houses or buildings so the view is spectacular. The house is clean, well furnished, and had everything we would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We rented the whole house and the rooms were perfect for us. Isvi, the house manager was quick to solve the only problem we had (wifi wouldn't connect) and made sure our stay was problem free. I couldn't recommend this property enough.

Great location, beautiful views, good time was had.

Pictures are pretty accurate. Beautiful place we enjoyed our stay. The pool water was very low and needed to be skimmed. The second day the pool guy showed up and filled the water. We then just kept filling the pool water everyday. The only other thing is there was one person cleaning both sides and was not done by 4pm. To big of a house for just one person to clean and get ready by a reasonable time. The house is gorgeous we had a pleasant time during our stay.

Family Beach Trip

We had a group of 16 family members ranging from 18 months old to 80 years old! It was a wonderful home with space for everyone to be together or find a quiet place to be alone for a bit! There were seating areas all around the pool and on the decks and balconies! Sometimes we had to go look for each other. :) The duplex style with two kitchens made everything so easy. The kitchens were well stocked with dishes, tools, and mini appliances. There are lots of stairs in this home. Our older parents stayed in the main level bedroom to avoid using stairs as often. Seascape was our favorite house that we’ve ever stayed in as a large family. I would definitely do it again! Kyle is responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Place not kept up or maintained

Started out bad by having no place to place trash as cans were full from several renters. maggots all over trash cans. Didn’t appreciate being told I had to move them to the street and wait two days for them to be emptied. Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 bathrooms? Several items needed repair Leaky window Broken shower outside Front door sign says not to use as it is very hard to open and close. Never could get main TV to work. Would not rent again.

We hosted family and friends for a reception and this house couldn’t have fit the bill more perfectly. It worked out so well with the split sides. Having two kitchens with that many people was amazing! We used one as the “drink” kitchen and the second as the “food” kitchen. Everyone’s favorite part was sitting out on the chairs on the front deck enjoying the view. While it was in the high 70’s the pool was too chilly to get into. A heater option would be the icing on the cake! We did make great use of the hot tub and appreciated the ability to control the temp to our liking.Everyone loved it and we would happily come back if the need ever presented itself. It also works well for an event where you have more than 20 coming into the property. We had a catered party under the house and it was plenty of space for catering tables tor 25 and the driveway was great for not only the catering truck but all the cars we had at various times. We did end up buying laundry pods and cleaner as those items were sparse so if you need to do a lot of laundry like we did, that would be my suggestion. :). The fire pit is amazing so make sure you get some fire wood to enjoy!! Beach access is just a short walk as well. Oh and having AC’s on each floor was great too, and they are ice cold which sometimes is an issue in rentals. All in all great experience and highly recommend.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved the property! It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everyone loved the pool area with the view of the canal and in the house the gorgeous view of the Gulf. They enjoyed floating in the pool and the kayaks on the canal. The beach was really close access. We had wonderful family dinners and game night. The property manager and owner were especially responsive to our needs and questions. A family vacation to remember.

Perfect property for our family girls trip!

The house is absolutely beautiful! My family and I did a girls trip with 10 of us. Most were adults but we did have two teenagers. It was great to be close to the beach but also have access to the inter coastal waterway for paddle boarding and kayaking. The teens loved having both! The beach was a short walk and was so nice! Very clean and not overcrowded and the water was beautiful. The pool was great when we had enough of the salt water. The house was exactly as shown and had all the amenities and kitchen tools we needed. I loved having 2 separate wings of the home. We had 10 of us so there was plants of space for us without rubbing into each other. Kyle, the owner, was very responsive and polite. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation!

Property is well maintained and so close to beach! The kids enjoyed the pool, the beach and fishing off the dock! It's a large house so there is room to spread out! Well stocked kitchen and the owner just added some new books about sea life and for kids and adults alike. Close to good restaurants and you can even do a wal-mart grocery delivery!

Beach Vacation

My extended family totaling 12 loved this place! We rented both sides and it allowed some quiet space and some louder gathering space. The pool was clean and warm and we loved the outdoor gear.. paddle boards, etc. Great service and communication.

Beach house

House itself was lovely... it just hasn't been maintained well. Our new years eve night was spent holding pots for the water pouring in from the ceiling and chasing Palmetto bugs out of the kitchens. The layout is essentially townhomes so, it's impossible to get everyone in one area. Outdoor area is very nice, it's where we spent most of our time out there. Notified the property manager of all discrepancies and the response was that the owners are unwilling to make those repairs. To drop almost $10,000 for our one week stay after Christmas... we expected more.
