Enjoyable stay

Very nice property! We really enjoyed the condo , disappointed it is already booked for next year . It was nicely decorated and very comfortable ! Loved the lanai. Kitchen was well equipped, sheets for beds were a bit worn out, and additional light in living room is needed. Fan in closet was broke, master bedroom fan kept shutting off, we were never able to figure it out! All in all we were very happy with our stay !

Good stay

Nice place to stay. Had everything needed. Close to IMG and everything you need. Downside was temperature in home. It was too hot at night with only one fan (master bedroom). Master bedroom light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night multiple times even though switch was turned off. Likely an error on our end but we never figured it out the entire week we were there. Very nice host and amenities.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed this 2nd floor condo unit. The decor and appliances were updated and included all amenities we needed. I’d definitely return. If I could only make one small suggestion, it would be nice if some basic consumables were also provided like toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee, shampoo, etc. Travelling light due to airport baggage weight restrictions, we had to purchase these things and leave them behind. Hopefully the next renters will be able to take advantage of what we had to leave behind.

Cute condo that was priced well for the unit / location

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here. Gave it a 4 of 5 as it could use a few updates to make it the perfect place! The shower curtain rod kept falling down(easy fix), The 2nd bathroom(not the master) had a leak in the line. We shut the water off to it and it stopped leaking. The bed in Master was a little hard. The twin beds were super comfy though! We'd definitely stay here again. Very clean unit and the complex itself was awesome! Great pools, easy parking, close to restaurants and grocery store. It had a "rental" feeling. I feel like the owners or managers should visit the property a bit more and could see some of the issues before the renters do!

Horrible stay, highly recommend not staying here.

Horrible stay! My mother and I stayed at this location. The shower door had a loose screw, the glass fell and broke, I was injured. I asked nothing except the owner to clean this up. The owner was accusatory, even though we clearly documented the loose screw which caused this. A week later we were billed for the damage. Yvon is so unkind, I recommend against this property completely. I have filed a complaint with VRBO and am actively working with them. They indicate that I am not the first to file a complaint.

Beautiful Condo, great location!!!

My adult daughter and I stayed at this condo to attend her graduation from LECOM. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was like being at a high-end spa resort. It was so convenient to shopping and dining, and just 15 minutes to the beach! Beach towels and chairs were provided and much appreciated. We spent an afternoon at the pool, which was very refreshing and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. Spacious for a condo and included a balcony which we enjoyed sitting out on in the morning drinking coffee. The location of the condo is very close to the pool and other other activities. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is even nicer in person than on the listing. The location was perfect for exploring Anna Marie Island, Long Boat Key and St Armonds Circle. The host was very responsive when we “old folks” had a problem figuring out the televisions!

The condo was very nice and suited our needs well. It is very close to the pools, and close to shopping and beaches. The area is nice. It is second story, but we knew that from the listing. Several minor maintenance issues which we left notes on. Would stay there again.

Great Place

This condo is very well located and was very accommodating for everything we wanted to do and see. The weather prevented us to use the pools or any other amenities but the condo was great to stay. There is couple things that could be improved but overall it was a great experience that I will probably renewed. This location is a kind of gem in the area.
