There are no blinds in the front window. Had to hang towels to be in private. Looked like we were in a fish bowl. Condo was nice but definitely needs some help with some updates

SeaBreeze was so great to work with!

A group of 5 girls visited Bradenton Beach Club 225. We absolutely loved the location and was a bonus having the hot tub opposite our condo. There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. SeaBreeze was so great to work with from the moment of booking and were quick to rectify and help us out with a couple little things that came up while we were there. Something that would have made the stay a little easier would have been having basic spices as well as coffee filters at the condo. These are things that are standard these days when staying at any air b n b. Overall I would definitely use seabreeze again for our future trips to AMI.

This place was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Only thing I have a negative on was the elevator did not work. They did bring out their maintenance man out but he couldn't fix it. They were supposed to send out someone on Monday but no one ever came. But other than that it was still the best place ever.

Wonderful week at Bradenton beach club. We appreciate the closeness to the beach, the pool and the central island location. Price point for getting all three is excellent. Many great restaurants in the immediate area.

Beach House Bliss

Such a wonderful property! Less than 5 min walk to beach and pool directly across from unit as well as on the beach. Beach supplies and bikes were such a great amenity to have. The back porch was equipped with lots of seating making it a perfect spot for meals and relaxing. Absolutely loved the unit and will be renting in the future.

Great location!

Great location, lots of room to spread out whether in the dining and living area or on the porch outside. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Family was happy to find beach chairs and a wagon for our trip across the street to the beach.

Great condo

Great 3 story condo WITH AN ELEVATOR which made hauling luggage and groceries up to the second floor so easy. Unit is NOT on the beach but across the street - no ocean view. Two pools and easy access to the beach. Lots of chairs, floaties, umbrellas, etc. kitchen is well stocked but could use a couple hot pads/mitts. Good value for the money. We had a clogged bathtub drain on arrival and maintenance fixed it quickly.

Ideal Location with All Amenities!

This rental unit is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a wonderful week getaway. It was close to the pool and beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. There were lawn chairs on the beach for us to watch the beautiful sunset each night. Perfectly located!

Unit Needs some attention.

Have stayed at this property many times and this unit the past two years. That being said unit definitely needs some attention Ice maker has not worked since the last year we stayed, came and tried fixing it this last time but still fills up inside and have to open door to retrieve ice. Living room had large water stain in living room, living room light did not work. Maintenance came and could not fix. Blinds on patio broken( maintenance could not fix, will need to be replaced) Toaster was broken ( did bring us a new one) No pot holders (did bring us some) Our master had no pillow cases or any extra ( had to bring us 6 of them) Had to bring us toilet paper Jacuzzi never worked the 8 days we were there Shower head in master was leaking, spraying everywhere and had to be tightened by husband. No stop behind the front door was broken off Hose outside unit needed o ring spraying everywhere when turned on( maintenance did fix) My family also rented out the penthouse (Key) Unit too was not cleaned well. This property with a $1100. Plus association fee I feel needs some attention to detail. This unit is very accommodating and nice overall Just needs some TLC

Great place!

This condo was fantastic for our stay! There were beach chairs and toys available for us to use and they came in handy since those items are hard to travel with. The condo was very roomy and we didn't feel cramped. We were all able to fit comfortably at the dinner table and on the patio. Overall, it was a great stay!

Good location

We stayed here for my dads 85 th birthday for 4 nights. The main reason we picked this place was for the elevator. Well, the elevator was not working when we arrived and because it was the weekend the repair person finally arrived the day before we left and it still was not fully repaired. Communication with the rental company is outstanding and they did everything they could to make our stay nice. Be aware that there will be nothing extra in the condo so bring extra supplies. The place is clean and perfect for a large group. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach toys. The wagon to cart everything down was a bonus. The unit could use a little updating, but all in all a good place to stay for the cost and the location.
