Baypoint Village 545 - 3 bdrm condo in Osage Beach

This 3 bedroom loft condo at Bay Point Village is conveniently located near many lake area attractions. This top floor unit is just one level up from parking and offers a stunning main channel view of Lake of the Ozarks. This condo is appointed with a full bed in the loft and queen beds in the two bedrooms with the lakeview primary suite adjoining a private bath. Offering cable TV in the living room and primary bedroom and WiFi throughout makes it comfortable for up to 6 people to enjoy. This Bay Point Village condo is located a little over a mile past the entrance to Margaritaville and is close to all the lake activities including Big Surf Water Park, the Oaks & Hidden Lakes Golf Courses at Margaritaville, boat rentals, waterfront bars and restaurants. This condo is located just outside of Osage Beach just off of route KK and sits at about the 24 mile marker of the Osage Arm of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks and a 10' X 24" boat slip is available for an additional charge. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: There is NO boat launch or boat trailer parking on this property. The closest boat ramps are Surdyke Port 20 and Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 (Grand Glaize Marina), offering a boat ramp and trailer parking. Parking for 2 cars. This condo is one level up from parking.

Beautiful views

We loved staying on Lake of the Ozarks at Bay Point! This Condo had breathtaking views, my kids loved fishing on the docks, and swimming! Highly recommend!!

Nice view and location. So-so condo.

The location of the condo was great. Just 15-20 minutes from anything we wanted to do and a beautiful view off the deck! The actual condo was just okay. The air conditioner was quite loud and kept my son awake at night. The toilets were a bit finicky and we had to lift the lid to make it flush several times. The master bathroom sink being in the bedroom was a little annoying, but that was in the pictures, so we went in knowing. All in all, the condo worked out fine, but could definitely use some upgrading. (Oh, and the closet in the second bedroom had a really weird smell…). My kids absolutely loved the pool area, which also had a nice, spacious deck. There was a fitness room I could see through the window, but I was never given the code to get in. That would have been nice. I just did my workouts in the parking lot. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but glad we were able to get away for a few days! I did appreciate the owner reaching out to us before our trip and welcoming us! That was super sweet and personal!

Beautiful views

This property was wonderful for our family visit! The views are spectacular and the service and responsiveness of the team was the best I have ever experienced. We would 100% rent this property again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Ozark getaway. Bonus points if you’re traveling with a baby as we were, the team supplied a high chair and pack and play which fit nicely in the giant closet, which created a nice dark and quiet place for baby to sleep!

End of summer get away

Beautiful property! Loved this unit. The description was accurate and perfect for a family of 4, all adults! It was in a good location and close to many restaurants and attractions. The pool was fantastic and we caught a ton of crappie on the boat docks. We will be back!

Love the location, property set up, the pool, the people who live/rent there. Jennifer is a sweetheart! She’s always pleasant… accommodating….flexible. Able to answer questions, trouble shooting, on top of the reservation process from beginning to end! John and his staff are extremely accommodating from beginning to end!

Great view, quiet, some distance from shopping and restaurants

The view is stunning. The loft is open to downstairs, so if you have younger children you need to put to bed early, plan on putting them in the spare bedroom. Make sure to bring some amenities of your own as they were overlooked, (like toilet paper and an extra blanket if it gets cool at night.) Other than that, plan on driving a bit to get to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife as this is quite a ways from areas of Osage Beach or Lake Ozark where you will find those items.

Location… view…. Quiet… love the pool and sunset John and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure that my kids and I had the best experience possible! We had a great trip… and grateful for everything they did! Price… available properties… John and Jennifer are fabulous!!

Don't know that I would recommend the condo.

Looked as if some things had been updated recently. However, there were at least two spots in the floor that were obviously soft and needed attention. Master bedroom needed privacy/blackout curtains. There were no dressers in spare bedroom for storage.

Too many steps

This property was misleading. It didn’t say there were two flights of steep stairs to get to the rental. My husband barely got up there and down and it’s way worse with your luggage, groceries, or just yourself. Be up front with renters. Found spiders in the bed, master bedroom. Air conditioner very loud, no propane for the grill. Sent email to the manager about a baby crib, no follow up. Dumpsters at the end of the road so you have to carry your trash in the vehicle to the dumpster, don’t recommend this rental. Not worth the money.

Excellent location and perfect condo for our family. Only small issues: wasps and stairs and decks leading up to condo could use some updating. Also we were hoping to use kayaks but could not find keys to unlock dockside storage. Gorgeous views and beautiful pool area. Would definitely visit again!

Great Amenities

Our family enjoyed many hours at the pool and the great views of the lake from the condo. The condo had everything we needed to make meals, wash clothes and relax.
