Bass Haus, Wundercove Cottage, Access to Shared Pool and River

Bass Haus- A 2 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps up to 8. Back patio area with views of the Guadalupe River at Lake Dunlap has picnic table, outdoor furniture, BBQ pit and fire pit. Access to our shared pool, hot tubs, and River.

Parking is in the back, there are two steps that lead into the property, you enter through the kitchen. The complete kitchen comes with utensils, pots & pans, silverware, appliances, etc to cook your meals, walk straight past the kitchen and you enter the living room with plenty of windows that overlook to the big open back patio/grounds. There is a hallway that leads to the master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom. The first door on the right has bedroom #2 with full bed, bunk bed (2 twins), dresser, night table, and closet. The middle door goes to the master bedroom with big king size bed, dresser, night stands and closet. The left door goes to the bathroom that has toilet, sink, tub/shower combo.

The back door from the living room takes you outside to the back deck with views of the Guadalupe River, accessible for fishing or kayaking. Go down the deck steps to reach the back patio area which has outdoor furniture, picnic table, charcoal type bbq pits, firepits, common area horseshoe pits, and cornhole boards. The new pool is 3 doors down to the right behind one of our other cottages Lago/Posada Haus.

These properties are located on a very quiet cove on Lake Dunlap. It is only 3- 4 miles to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, N.B.Hist. Dist., restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, tubing the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. The Outlet malls in San Marcos are only 15 minutes away, N.B.Airport 2 miles, San Antonio Airport 30 minutes, Austin Airport 45 minutes.

Also river outfitters can pick your group up from any of our properties and take you to either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers for tubing, providing required equipment for your float, put you in and then pick you up at the end of your float and bring you back approx $30 per person, min of 6.

In total we have seven cottages, with each cottage posted here individually to book separately, a combination of or book all 7 together. Each cottage sleeps 8, you can book any combination to accommodate your group size.

New docks and boat ramp were put in this year. Perfect for relaxing by he water, fishing, or getting in to swim! Heated pool upon request, just message host for details and price. Heater for pool runs from 10-8pm.
