Luong was such a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and had many great recommendations for things to do. The property was very easy to locate and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were good sized with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good sized and the shower pressure was wonderfully strong! We were able to park our car inside the garage, which gave us great peace of mind. We were only there one night, but wished we had time to stay more. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

Great little spot near Santana Row

We actually used this space for a film shoot - the price was solid, the location was easy to find and get to, and the detached garage really helped with extra space during production and provided security for our gear overnight.

Friendly host affordable and clean

First of all our host was probably one of the best, she was very communicative on everything we needed to know about our stay, the place was clean and very homey and very comfortable. Great trip!

This was the perfect place for myself, my husband + another couple to stay when we were in town for a hockey game. The apartment was actually a little larger than we expected, we had no issues finding the place or getting in, & there were lots of spots nearby to eat, shop, or find entertainment. Our host communicated everything very efficiently & was available to us throughout the trip incase we needed anything else while staying at his property. Overall a great trip, would consider booking again.

Clean & tidy

The property manager was quick with his responses and he even gave me tips and recommendations for the area. But not only that he let me check in a few hours early since we were there for work. The place was clean and tidy with two spacious rooms. Both rooms had nice size queen beds and a big flat screen TV. Would recommendation and will stay here again in the future.

49ers trip/mini trip

Our over all stay was very nice. Cute little place. We just needed somewhere convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and downtown. This was it! It was all within a few miles of each. We Lyft or uber everywhere. Even close to airport about 12 minute ride. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to our flight being changed but the owner didn’t even asked to refund half the money or anything. He did call but didn’t offer me any money back. I didn’t like that you you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around all the time. If you’re only staying for 3 nights it’s a great place. 😊

Great property location If you are going to visit Great America, Santana Row or the Winchester Mystery House. Traffic is loud outside but the apartment was very quiet. Perfect space for 4 people. Enjoyed our stay there!!

Visitor Beware!

First and foremost I understand they are apartments and there can be occasional slight noise. However our stay here was horrible due to the tenants above. At one point my wife called the owner to inform them to please keep it down so our son could nap, in which then they purposely stomped around. We tried explaining to the owner, but he did not believe us. Upon the morning after my first night, the garage door was open with my vehicle inside when I closed it. He also demanded an unexpected deposit before check in and I did not get my deposit back until almost midnight the night of my check out date when I finally got a hold of him. I do not recommend staying here.

Brent complained that the folks upstairs were banging, stomping and doing everything to create noises. We quickly phoned them only to apologize for waking them up around 9:30 PM. (They had to get up early in the morning for work and clearly were not making these noises). But Brent insisted that he had proof in the form of a phone video of these noises. When we asked him to present it to us, he conveniently stated that he no longer has it because it was deleted. Yeah right. But that didn't stop him from asking for a full refund. Sorry, we operate a legitimate business and do not easily give in to empty threats based on groundless lack of evidence. Also, we did give him back his safety deposit after he left.
