Just a mile away, you'll find sand and surf at the beautiful Narragansett Town Beach! Easily walk or bike over for endless fun in the sun on this classic New England shoreline. You'll be happy to know that the beach is equipped with public restrooms and outdoor showers, and features an ideal location within walking distance of great restaurants! Additional beaches in the area include Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach, both found within a 2-mile drive of the townhome.

We will provide a door code for ease of entrance when you arrive.

This is one of two identical side by side townhouses. There are completely separate and feature individual private back entrances, driveways, back decks, grills etc.

Close to the Beach and Town

Thank you for the perfect place to stay overnight in Narragansett. It was convenient to everything including the Block Island ferry!!

The property was nice, only have a couple of suggestion. Fix the drawers in the master bedroom so they don’t fall out when opened, and a full length mirror somewhere in the house would be great. Blinds on the patio doors would provide more privacy especially at night.

Summer trip

We stayed several days to visit, very close to the beach and all the great restaurants in town. Check in/out was easy and Lee (property manager) was very responsive when we had one issue with construction workers, she was understanding and fixed the issue within the hour. Would definitely stay there again if we came back :)

This home was very comfortable. Nicely updated inside. Excellent location. Private, quiet, short ride to grocery, gas, etc. Would stay here again. Close to the beaches.

Very nice cottage. Very clean with nice outside shower and quiet backyard. Property manager was very responsive. It met all our needs.

Nice place for a family with children

Open space outdoors for children. Adults/those not needing to go to bed super early may enjoy a spot closer to the water and nightlife. Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. Clean, well appointed.

Great family stay

Our trip was three nights, a perfect amount of time to stay at this cozy rental. Everything was as listed with no surprises. There was a damp smell throughout the unit, as noted by others but is common for this area. Especially with window AC units and the age of the house. Check in and out was easy and loved the proximity to shops, food, and beach.

Wonderful haven for exploring Narragansett

It was close to perfect. My only minor complaints are the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a little old and did not work very well; there was no air conditioning in the living space which was very hot and humid; there were quite a few insects coming up from the crawl space; the sign fell off when we closed the front door; wet laundry was left in the washing machine on our arrival.

Quaint beach bungalow

This was a sweet beach bungalow. Very nicely appointed for this simple home. I agree w other reviewers it’s a little musty. The other thing is the window AC units are loud. I wish the second bedroom had 2 twins instead of a queen for our family but we made it work. Management was great very easy check in and super responsive. It met our needs for the week but not sure I would stay here again based on distance from the beach and our family needs.

Don't rent for the backyard

Listing is very deceiving and contradictory. The interior photos of the house are accurate to it's size and amenities. The exterior photos show a large "multiple acre" yard that's listed. We arrived to find a yard that was about 20 feet from the back of the deck to the woods. Probably 1/8th of the size compared to the photos on the listing. The listing mentioned multiple yard games that were nowhere to be found. The listing showed a picture of the front of the building that appeared to be a single family home with one entrance, but we came to find it was actually a two family home with two entrances next to each other. In the fine details it is listed as a townhouse but the photos don't depict that. Thankfully our neighbors with shared walls were good neighbors, but the backyard area has no divider. The spring beds were not comfortable and we found ourselves rolling towards the center all night. The listing also stated "pet friendly" and charged a pet cleaning fee but then stated in the house rules "no pets allowed". Overall if you don't mind an uncomfortable bed and don't need backyard space the deck, kitchen, grill, outdoor shower and proximity to the ocean worked well.

cottage stay

house worked for our purpose, one mattress was good, other one pretty bad, house had musty smell. We had 4 adults trying to get ready for a wedding so outdoor shower was a bonus. host were very quick to response to our texts

Perfect spot!

This location was perfect for our family of 4. Easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very clean, well equipped, and plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck area…especially the outdoor shower!

Excellent Stay

We took our first family vacation with our children who are 1 and 3 years old. The bungalow was the perfect place for us. Our daughter called it her new Homey Homey. The place was just right for our small family and we would stay again in a heartbeat. You cannot beat the location on top of all the amenities. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. We had a small problem with the door code and it was immediately rectified and they checked in with us to make sure if we needed anything else. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!!!
