Regatta Bay 320 - Park-like setting in Regatta Bay

This charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is in the beautiful, wooded, park-like Regatta Bay Complex. The condo is furnished with a king bed in the primary suite with private bath, a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 4 TVs, stereo and a private screened in porch. The complex offers tennis courts, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, playground, two seasonal pools and a swim dock. A pavilion and picnic area is also available for guest use. Regatta Bay is located in the Four Seasons Area on Horseshoe Bend Parkway, conveniently located near lake area attractions including both Four Seasons golf courses, popular restaurants and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, and at the 12 mile marker by water. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away. This unit is one level down from parking.

Weekend getaway

Perfect size for our family of 4. Great view. Very clean. Loved being g there for a few days. Very much enjoyed the screened in porch with a great view. Would book there again.

Fun lake and location!! Nice clean appliances, overall condo was great! Water softener was full of stagnant water. Not sure if water coming out of faucet was clean.

We were very happy with the stay. Would have liked to had a boat slip a little closer, but the slip we were in was in a very calm & quiet part of the cove, so that was probably better than convenience.

Ozark stay

Great stay, great condo, great location. One downfall was how loud the tenant above us was. Could hear everything throughout the night. If your a light sleeper this will probably keep you up.

Loved the view

It wasn’t cleaned before we got there. Dirty towels everywhere, bathrooms weren’t clean, I had to go wipe the toilets/sinks/showers down and we had to get all the dirty towels gathered out of the bathrooms to wash them. Not even sure if our sheets got washed, our beds looked pretty sloppy when we arrived. Other than that, it was good. We did have loud neighbors who didn’t respect the quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The view was great and the location was good, about 5-10 minutes away from the activities.

Very Nice Condo

The Wifi was awesome. The layout of the condo was great. We loved a lot of the amenities. The deck was beautiful and it was a great level. The living room had cable but to watch television in the master bedroom, we had to use the cable box in the living room and that was a pain. We had a rainy night after being on wave runners all day and everyone just wanted to watch tv on their own and that was quite a disadvantage. Some things could be updated, but it was still very very nice. The French Doors in the second bedroom were adorable. The refrigerator was awesome. We loved how stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. The grill on the patio was nice. We liked how close to the water we were. The view was beautiful. I loved the walkout to the deck from the bedroom as well as the living room. The pools were both nice. The overall property and area was very nice. It would have been nice to have more than one-ply toilet paper :) The beds were very comfortable.

Thrifty & Dated

We slept well and really liked the location, but the condo is in need of a few things. Most of the furnishings in the condo feel 'used' and ready for replacement. Actually looks as if it had been furnished from a thrift store. If you plan to stay here for a longer period of time please keep in mind the kitchen cabinets as well as the bathroom cabinets were completely full of what appeared to be the owners personal items. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and the handle was broken off the recliner. The condo was clean enough to stay in, but it could really use a remodel. We paid over $400 per night and didn't feel the cost reflected accurately to the furnishings in the condo.

Regatta Bay condo

Very dated , we were disappointed in the accommodations. The sofa was worn out and the sofa on the deck was terribly uncomfortable. I would not recommend it unless you are planning on being on the lake or at the pool all the time. I wished there was a way to tell when you rent if it requires a lot of stairs, we are 65 and 66 …. Thank goodness we had family with us to help carry our luggage and food. If you are not in your condo by 9 you will not find a place to park …..
