There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can sleep up to 6 people and offers a variety of amenities, including an outside waterfront pool, an indoor pool and hot tub, and fishing from the docks. The condo is conveniently located in Southwood Shores down Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker.


This condo is complete with high-quality and comfortable furniture. It is conveniently located by both land and water, and there are grocery stores like Woods and Hyvee nearby for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking, but if you want to take a break from cooking, there are many great restaurants just a quick boat or car ride away, including Shady Gators, The Bend, Lil Rizzos, and The Barn-B-Que.

This condo's master bedroom is truly a sight to behold! With its oversized windows, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the water and boats without even leaving your bed. Plus, there's a walkout sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, so you can take your coffee in bed to the next level. The room also comes with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a TV/Roku for your entertainment.

The second cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. You can catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the TV with Roku, which is conveniently located in the room. There is also a closet for your storage needs, so you can keep your belongings organized and out of the way.

The living room in this condo is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. It features a sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2 guests, as well as a love seat for additional seating. You can also enjoy the view of the water and boats passing by from the waterfront balcony while sipping on your favorite beverage. And with free cable and Wifi, you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. There's plenty of room to unwind and make yourself at home.

** We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, which is why we provide all the essentials you need. This includes linens, bath towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and various soaps such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Plus, for longer stays, we have a full-size washer and dryer available for your use.
