The property is cleaned and is disinfected prior to any arrival , also we provide cleaning products and sanitizer for your comfort and enjoyment
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
