Another Unforgettable stay at Casa Cathleen !

This was our second time staying at Casa Cathleen, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, our host Fernando made us feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made our experience feel effortless.The home itself is incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after long days in the sun.The highlight, of course, is the breathtaking view from the infinity pool. Watching the moon reflect over the ocean, along with the vibrant Cabo San Lucas marina each night is truly unforgettable. We loved everything about our return stay at Casa Cathleen and are already looking forward to the next visit. Thank you, Fernando, for making this such a special getaway—again!

Michael everything was perfect your home is a compound. I would only suggest buying some bowls for salads etc. and a pot as there was none. I'd also suggest another couch/chairs in living room where it's fun to hang out but not enough room for 5 so we brought in outside chairs. Great view, close to town, and we caught 18 Tuna.

Excellent Location and Villa!

I would highly recommend this Villa for your next Cabo visit. It is very clean, luxurious, and spacious. It is also not far from downtown Marina and close to all the major tourist attractions and activities. Also the property managers were very helpful and communicative! Would definitely stay here again!

Location is key

Our family of five, which included a 15, 18 & 19 yr old loved swimming in the pool, morning and night. There is a shortcut to get into the town (132 steps) where the gate is open 6a-8p. Otherwise, a short urber or walk to the property the long way around still worked out fine. The view is great for beautiful sunrises over looking the marina and hearing the sea lions throughout the day/night never got old. A maid comes to the house every other day to keep things tidy. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

Beautiful location

Great space for 3 couples. Walking distance to marina, stores and restaurants. Great location. Great neighborhood. Lots of stairs… that is the only concern. - wasn’t a factor for us at all- but in case it’s an issue for elderly or small children. Would definitely recommend this home!! Fernando was accommodating and friendly

Fabulous 5-0 Birthday Weekend

I brought in my big 5-0 with a small group of friends for 4 nights at this beautiful villa! The host, Mike, made booking very easy even when a slight glitch happened on Vrbo. His concierges, Fernando and Antonio, were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We all loved the location and being able to walk into town in just a couple minutes. The villa was bright, comfortable and the pool/spa was amazing

Birthday trip

This place was amazing. I came here for my 40th bday with 6 girlfriends. The view from the deck and infinity pool was amazing and the best part. House was clean and the host Fernando was awesome! He was always there when we needed anything! Definitely recommend this place!

Birthday extravaganza

Fernando the property manager was absolutely amazing, he set everything up beautifully. We had a great time overall at the house. Unfortunately the only two downfalls, the room with the twin beds we weren’t able to used due to the rotting smell in it. So we had to double up in the king beds with 3 adults in each bed. Another very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation that occurred was the owners wife on our check out day made her way over right around check out and made it super uncomfortable and known that we needed to hurry out. We didn’t understand the sudden urgency to leave when we were so thankful for being able to stay there. It was truly uncomfortable and really not needed when we were right on time for leaving. But, Fernando overall with his team and services were absolutely incredible! The house is amazing and beautiful location, and very safe. We even were able to walk to some of our activities meeting point.

Fernando and Antonio were the best hosts... the location was amazing. finishing off each night with a swim in this pool was such a treat, overlooking the city night life. would book again for sure!

Great stay

This property was great! Walking distance from town which was super nice! And we loved having the pool at our place! The owner was super friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! One thing worth mentioning is there are a lot of stairs to walk into town and the walk back up can be tough on a warm day. Luckily the pool and great views are there when you get back

Very nice unit with excellent views and a great pool. It is very close to downtown but you have to go up a bunch of stairs to get home - hence, the great views! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would definitely return.

Great views, great location

6 of us stayed here for a week. Great house for a week stay, plenty of room for 6 people. The location can’t be beat, only about 10-15 minute walk down to the marina. 130 steps to get up to the house on the way back though. The pool is awesome along with the views of Cabo from outside and the living room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Fernando and Tony were super helpful and welcoming too. Would stay here again.

Fun filled weekend at Cabo with an amazing house with a breath taking view.

The overall stay and experience at Casa Kathleen was amazing. We stayed over for the weekend for my bachelor party and had the greatest time. The house was very spacious and all the beds were comfortable. It is seated at the top of the Pedregal community which overlooks the ocean and the city of Cabo. It is just a 10-15 mins walk to the main area and Marina. Uber and taxis can drop you off right at the doorstep if needed. Concierge service was top notch as well. They include private chefs, grocery runs, and massages. The guys on the ground, Fernando and Tony, were always in communication with me. They organized transportation from and to the airport. We will definitely be back!

5 Star stay !!

Great great stay. Close to town, very nice place, Fabulous views. If you dont mind walking up stairs, great exercise or just opt for an inexpensive ride back to the unit, no issues either way. Antonio and his partner were 5 star service (they are in the hotel business so they know). Were there for us anytime we needed. Will be back!!! They made that decision easy.

Wonderful stay!!

The staff was phenomenal!! They really made the stay there exceptional. The Villa is new and modern. Very spacious, perfect for 3 couples. The food was great. Would’ve been nice to have some options that weren’t so common, but everything was delicious. We would’ve liked to have dinner on the patio each night, but the furniture is too big for the space. So we had to eat inside. The pool is beautiful, but a little tricky getting into it. The space is beautiful, but a few details like the painting on the windows and need to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and I will come back.

Remarkable home

We have stayed in this house before & is why we came back with our kids!! Great house, our own pool & walking distance to the marina & restaurants! A couple of minor misses would be more kitchen utensils, spices etc. to be able to cook a meal & access to get thru the patrolled gate after if closes at night!

Christmas in Cabo 2022

Enjoyed a week with our grown children for Christmas at Casa Cathleen. Short walk to back gate but all vertical be prepared for 130 steps up to villa. Spacious. I wouldn't say it was recently remodeled but met all our needs. Fernando the house manager was excellent and checked in regularly. Maid service every other day if you want. Pisces Luxery boat rentals was the best day!!

Realistic Walking, Clean and Perfect Pool!

Very clean and everything working property (appliances). Hosts are legitimate concierges, they will arrange transportation, reservations and private chefs (worth it). It’s about a 5 min walk to hit downtown, going back it’s steps, but nothing terrible (unless you have issues with steep steps). Pool is really nice, heated, and amazing views. Cannot beat it. AC in rooms is solid and beds are really comfy. Also, the rooms are far apart so you have a lot of privacy. Not sure I would take toddlers here due to steps and pool, but adults and teenagers would love this place. We will be coming back!! Go to these restaurants, Mother Flower, Chubby Noodle, Outpost. All within 8 min of property walking distance.

The nice think about Casa Cathleen is if you have a big group the are options with the home below it is 4 bedroom master suites and 6200 sq. ft.Casa Cathleen 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom penthouse total of 9 bedrooms . Also very close to downtown so you can walk and take a cab back if needed. Or ask about another 2 bedrooms available for larger groups.

The Views are the Best pool second great lines and a great coffee maker for those morning when you need it on the balcony enjoying the views. Also ask about fishing Boat 35 cabo at marina.Also have DR for Covid 19 testing and house calls
