GLAMPING YURT. Sleeps 4, HOT TUB, Pellet Stove

Welcome to The Yurt! This is glamping at its best. A wrap-around deck leads you to your private hot tub on the backside of this rustic yurt. Guests who stay at The Yurt are just a stone throw away from Shaver's Fork River for all your trout fishing needs.

Private patio and hot tub, indoor pellet stove/fans (pellets provided by owner) , kitchenette, bathroom, queen-size bed, futon couch, loft with one full bed, linens and towels, charcoal grill, cable TV, WiFi. Picnic table and outside fire pit also.

Guests who stay at The Yurt can take advantage of the fishing, hiking, biking, and river tubing that the area has to offer. Guests also have access to our splash pad, camping store and more!

Camp store/office is open business hours from April 1-November 1 for any questions or camping needs.

Pet friendly: $30 per night/per pet - PETS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 4 guests: $12 per additional adult per night, $6 per additional child per night.

It was a great, unique stay. We really enjoyed ourselves. There was a lot of things going on locally with train rides & a festival in Elkins. The campground that houses the yurt offered pop-up breakfast in the camp store a couple mornings.

The yurt inside setup was super. Make sure someone in your group is st least 5'8" to easily access the microwave. We expected tissues to be provided but they were not. Hot tub was awesome. Hosts readily responded to any messages. Major downside, for us, was the constant road noise.

We had a couple snafoos but everything was great and fixed promptly. The only suggestion I would have is wash clothes.

This yurt could not be more adorable. Our hosts were super responsive and even gave dining recommendations. Everything was very clean and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was awesome! The yurt was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was great and they were really helpful, offering suggestions for things to do and places to eat during our stay. The entire campground where the yurt is located was quiet, clean, and well maintained. This place is fantastic, and i would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

We had a fantastic experience. The yurt was so warm upon arrival and had everything we needed plus more. The hot tub was a bonus and the yurt was decorated in such a cute manner. I want to stay for a month !

Quiet little getaway

It was a cute and quiet getaway. Most of the town is closed early in the week, so the campground was very quiet. We stayed Mon to Thurs. and it was a perfect peaceful visit. Exactly what we wanted. Nice walk along the tracks, did some hiking and enjoyed the beautiful area around us. They were super helpful with things to do in the area. The yurt was clean and everything we needed. We enjoyed our time there.

Girls weekend

The Yurt was as clean as a yurt on the river could be. Only complaint I could have was it was cold when we got there but warmed up nicely once we figured out how to get the pellet stove lit. Other than that all was good! We would definitely come again.

thanks so much for your stay and sorry if the pellet stove was not on. It usually is but if we did not know your arrival time then sometimes its a waste if we lite it at 1 and you don't arrive until 10 pm then we waste a whole bag. Hopefully that makes sense.
