Amazing Stay

Our stay was perfect. The resort was fabulous (wait time on the elevators were rough). The host was great to check in on us and make sure our stay was going great. The beach was easy to access- the pools were great and my teen loved the arcade. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. You will not be disappointed with this place.

We enjoyed our stay condo smelled and looked clean was happy with the rental this is our second time staying at tidewater 1st time was with a different rental company and I wouldn’t recommend them, but would definitely recommend this one since it was clean and the pricing was priced accordingly would stay here again

Great experience, only a few suggestions.

Overall property is great. Clean and spacious. I do advise bringing your own chairs for the beach. They pick the chair rentals up at 4:30pm which is pretty early for those of us who like a later start to the day. Also master bedroom could use a black out curtain over the window. The lights at night from the hallway to enter the rooms and the sun in the morning beam in that window lighting up the room day or night. We used a blanket to reduce this light.

Long lines

The check in process is ridiculous! Why not stagger check in times so you have a smoother process and less congestion? This would also alleviate Long lines to check in. The elevator waits because of the same time check in was very frustrating! The elevator waiting time overall was frustrating as well. For this reason tidewater will not be considered again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pretty pleasant. The room was clean and everything looked updated and nice. The view was very nice. The only complaints I have are are the hot water doesn’t last long, and the bed needs to be secured in the room. You can’t move in the bed at all without it banging into the wall. The other thing is no reflection on the owner but the elevator’s take a while and the indoor hot tub had so much chlorine it completely bleached out my suit. I would stay again. I felt like new rules kept the spring breakers in check while we were there anyway.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find our unit updated a little. The king bed could use a better mattress and the drapes need attention but we loved the new floors. We had a couple of issues but the folks at Four Star were awesome at helping resolve them. We have & would reccomend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in PCB. As for the Tidewater itself, the staff at check in were great but there were some issues with the indoor pool and the parking structure. All in all we had a wonderful time in PCB Florida!

Don't waste your money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not the same place we stayed at 8 yrs ago. Everything has changed. The staff was very unfriendly rude mostly. The zoning lady at the beach gave us a hard time because we were 6 inches next to her beach chairs. The guy kicked our chair out of the way. Elevators were down. The pool was the best thing about this place. For the money we spent we can find better options I'm sure.

It amazes us how different guest experiences can be from week to week. The last guest just left a perfect score review and then we receive a review like this. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the Resort. This review of course is not for the resort, this review is for the Property Manager and the condo you rented. We call all guests before and after their stays which we call the personal touch. Unfortunately we could not reach this guest as the phone number we received was not working so maybe a working phone number would have helped. We pride ourselves on providing clean beach front condos to guests and providing them all the information a guest would need. We provide a map of the beach areas you are allowed to set up you own chairs and umbrellas so unsure of what the issue could have been down on the beach. We are unable to control the beach staff, the resort staff and the elevators being down. Better luck in future travels.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Tidewater resort. We love the location and amenities however this condo was not near as nice as our previous stay. The carpets were very stained, no carpet pad underneath, very dirty. The king size bed was not very comfortable and bathrooms very very small. We would stay at Tidewater again but I'd be more conscientious as to which room we would choose.

Thank you for booking with us and for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that you found some stains on the carpet and found the carpet to be dirty. I will have my cleaning manager order a carpet cleaning for the property. I hate hearing that you didn't find the king bed to be comfortable, we've not had this complaint before but some people like harder beds and others like softer ones. I will have our office staff double-check that there are no issues with the King bed. We have a virtual walkthrough available for guests to be able to fully see the size of each bedroom and bathroom in the property, I'm sorry if that wasn't helpful enough. We hope you come back to Tidewater again soon!
