*GOOD* •20th floor provided expansive view where we saw turtles, dolphins & sting rays •Being close to elevators saved us time going to/from the beach/pool •Comp beach chairs were nice! •Activities provided by Xplorie were great! Would recommend B1G1 sunset cruise w Island Time! Also played a free round of mini golf at Swampy Jacks*BAD* •DIRTY. I messaged Four Stars about the dirty coffee carafe/base the first day and, to their credit, they did promptly send someone to clean it. The next morning we noticed EVERYTHING was dirty: a coffee cup with bright pink lipstick stain, bowls/plates w dried food and dead bugs on/in them, and a gross brown stain on the bed skirt at the head of the bed. All of which I took photos of as I worried they would try to charge us. Whomever is contracted to clean the condo is absolutely not putting in the appropriate time or effort to do so •Mattress and pillows were horrible*Out of condo's control* •Elevators were LOUD being so close and kept us up at night •Tiki bar opened/closed willy nilly. Supposed to be 11a-sunset but opened randomly 1130a-1230p and closed between 330-730p •Sky bar smelled like urine, which I assume (hope) is the cleaners using ammonia for cleaning. Other than the smell, we enjoyed the activities in the Sky Bar (happy hour, bingo, karaoke).

I had a wonderful day. The room was just right. I only had one issue with some water on the floor, but the owners were very responsive and it was an easy fix. I will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, and room No 2032 was fantastic. The condo was roomy and very clean. The process was easy from checking in to checking out. The beach wasn't crowd at all. I enjoyed having the free beach service lounge chair & umbrella.

There are games in the cupboards, beach toys in the cabinets and boogie boards that we've left years ago that are still in the room! The little things mean the most to our family and seeing that along with the welcoming letter we received this trip was very touching. Also, there is beach service which is an added bonus and money saver! I cannot legitimately say enough good things about this room. We like it so much we've inquired about purchasing it in the past. If you're staying in PCB THIS is the room you want without question.

Great location, awesome beach and pool

Stayed here for my sons travel baseball tournament. Location is about 15 mins from Publix Sports Park which was perfect. Beach was great for kids and adults with plenty of room. We also took advantage of the pool and bar at the pool. Room was clean, had everything we needed and was perfect size for the 4 of us.

This condo, 2032 was definitely at, or near one of the nicest condos we have stayedat. Four Star Condo Services is excellent to work with, everything was very professional and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. I search many different websites when we are booking a trip, and Four Star has been our choice the last 2 years. We also like the early check-in option if we are arriving early to the area.

The bed in the unit was comfy, the recliners were great to have and relax. The only negatives were no coffee in the room and there was a strong smell of garbage in the room. We couldn't figure it out because we didn't have any garbage yet. I don't know that it was the whole time we were there though.

Very nice unit

Turned out to be a very nice, clean, unit. Evidently the unit had been recently remodeled. It had new appliances in the kitchen and was well equipped. The unit had nice carpeting in the living area and bedrooms which was nice to have instead of cold tile. Very comfortable recliners and furniture. There was some extra beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. I've seen complaints about the resort and elevator waits time but honestly it wasn't too bad. We will definitely stay here again next time in Panama City Beach

The people who own the condominium actually care about their property. Four Star Condo Services is by far the best condo company I have ever dealt with. I left a couple of small bags in the unit and had to return to get them but it was past the checkout time and the lock code didn’t work so I called them and within 5 minutes they called me back and reset the code so I could get my stuff and they didn’t charge me anything for it.

Fantastic Place to Stay Our Favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this same room 5 times now. The kids love it when we leave toys and see them the following year or season. Always clean, the staff is super nice. I never can complain about the stay! It's our living room away from our living room!! The only thing I could say is the I don't remember the master br being as warm as it was this summer and the toilet seat had been broken. Very little things in the grand scheme of things.
