Salga de las pistas y entre en su acogedor estudio / condominio, justo en Park City Mountain Resort. Nuestro condominio ha sido actualizado con paredes y gabinetes recién pintados, más luces agregadas, nueva puerta de la ducha y lo mejor de todo, un nuevo COLCHÓN DE BELLEZA Sealy y lo mejor en sofás cama extraíbles sin barras. El sofá cama es como dormir en una cama real sin el colchón caído y las barras que lo mantienen despierto toda la noche. El condominio ofrece todas las comodidades que una pareja o familia pequeña podría necesitar.

Dormirás como un ángel en el colchón Beautyrest con cama Queen Murphy para 2 personas, junto con un sofá cama Queen NO BAR extraíble para 2 personas más. Hay cocina ESTUDIO completa con mesa de comedor, cafetera, lavavajillas, microondas, horno y estufa, así como refrigerador / congelador. El centro de entretenimiento cuenta con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana, así como reproductores de DVD / CD.

Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento con una cómoda de tamaño completo, 1 armario y un portaesquís. Nuestra chimenea a gas le calienta después de un largo día de esquí, y el balcón ofrece un agradable espacio al aire libre para ver toda la acción en la plaza de la montaña a continuación.


El complejo Park City Mountain tiene capacidad para niños de todas las edades, con una montaña rusa alpina durante todo el año, una pista de patinaje sobre hielo de temporada y otras atracciones y atracciones temáticas para niños en el lugar. En invierno, puedes dar un paseo en trineo tirado por caballos a un restaurante en la cima de la montaña (¡este libro es rápido!). No hay necesidad de abandonar la montaña.

We have stayed in this Studio several times and the host has always been very accommodating with early check in (when available) and things like extra towels, etc....

What an AWESOME trip to Park City! The location of this condo is perfect - steps away from a hot tub, an easy 1-2 minute walk to the lifts, and even closer to the free shuttle stop at Park City base. We had everything we needed for our stay, including utensils/supplies to make breakfast, bathroom essentials, and the wonderful ambiance from the fireplace. Holly and Greg were incredibly accommodating, with regular communication throughout our trip and making adjustments when our travel plans were disrupted. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to come to Park City.

As advertised. it's a small place, but the two of us could have both our snowboard bags laid out. The tea kettle was a nice touch. Good location, to bus stop, lifts (7min walk to crescent chair), and two small grocery stores. i didn't know park city buses were free so that was a nice surprise.The bathtub is nice and big for a quiet soak if you don't like hot tubs.

Amazing Stay

We loved staying at this property. Check in was very straightforward and Holly and her husband were very responsive and amazing hosts. This condo is in the perfect location, just seconds away from the ski lifts and walkable distance to downtown.

I couldn’t have been happier with this choice. This studio's location was incredibly convenient – you really can’t beat being right in the heart of the village with easy access to everything.The studio was the perfect size for one or two people. It had everything I needed without feeling cramped, and the setup worked great for my trip. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and lifts made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The free parking was a great benefit as well. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay. The convenience factor alone makes it worth it, but combined with a comfortable space, it’s really a winning combination. Holly and her husband had excellent communication, the whole process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located studio in Park City.

location great too small for us

the place location is great the owner is the sweetest, and very much hands on it was too small for us, but i recommend it.

While Michael was kind and respectful he did not read any of the detail on our property. It is exactly as advertised..ski in/out studio with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa at a very reasonable rate. His reservation was for two adults and a child. He arrived with a group of four and the problem then became ours as we had to make changes on his reservation and lost out on income. In the future I suggest reading the website and truthfully describing the size of his group.

The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Convenient for rental shop, ski in/ski out, few restaurants, and bus to Main Street. It was our first time in Park City and can't wait to visit again!

Extended Weekend Stay

The location and communication for this property were unmatched. Great onsite parking and a short walk to the main PC slopes were very convenient. The property manager made the check-in/out process very clear and I felt up-to-date the entire time. I would highly recommend this property for an individual or couple looking to stay in Park City year-round.

Great communication with the host. Great location for skiing steps away from the lift. We had a great time. Quiet condo. I would recommend replacing one of the frying pans and kettle. I would highly recommend this place for 2 people.

Great location.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in mid-December. I skied while she stayed in the condo and read. The location was great because I could come in and have lunch in the condo, rest a bit, and go back out in the afternoon. It was a short walk to the base and the lifts. The Murphy bed was fine and we had everything we needed.

Great time in PC

We have stayed in the Lodge many times in various units. The convenience to the ski lifts is second to none. This unit was clean and well maintained, and communication with Holly was great. The unit is small but manageable for me, my wife and my son. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was functional. We made breakfast daily, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Nice time in PC

The property was as advertised. I stayed the summer, when things are very quiet (almost ghost town like) in the area by the place. Probably quite different in ski season. There was a slight issue with the bedding (missing pillow cases), but the owner/manager was extremely quick in fixing it.

As advertised. Fireplace did not work but Holly tried her best to remedy problem. We feel the unit had great access to the slopes and was a good value.

Perfect Location to the Slopes!

This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to be steps away from the lifts, restaurants, and shopping at Park City Mountain Resort. Heated underground parking is a plus. Although we ate out at the nearby restaurants, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. The bed was comfortable and overall I really liked the condo. The bus stop is just outside the complex and was free to ride into town and many other places, so you don't really need your vehicle once you get there. Management was very quick to answer my questions.

Can’t beat the location but a few even better ifs…

Truly no better location for skiing Park City mountain, the convenience can’t be beat, will stay again and again! That said, a couple things for owner/management to consider, would have really appreciated Kleenex’s & body lotion, typical hotel offerings. Only other “concern” is was a few of the glasses had chips/cracks so should likely be tossed and replaced for renters safety. Again, minor things to ensure 100% satisfaction but highly recommend regardless!

Close to slopes perfect for a weekend stay

The room was located in great spot. A little small once the drop down bed was out, but for a weekend it was perfect. If we were staying longer and had more stuff it might have been a bit cramped. Also the directions for arrival and parking could use some more detail. You need to park on P4 according to the front desk which is open 24hrs (since we arrived at 2AM this was quite helpful). Also there are two parking garages. Parking garage 1 and P4 are all the way across the property so you have to schlep your bags a very long way. The alternate garage is directly below the unit - we accidentally found this garage first and dropped our bags here then went and parked in P4 once we found the signs to the check in desk. This is not clear from the instructions. Otherwise everything was great.

Hello Kale Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry you were confused by the check in procedures. I sent to you detailed check-in and parking instructions! The parking garage located directly below the condo is the garage you SHOULD have parked in. It is also clear in the instructions that you should NOT GO TO GUEST REGISTRATION, it is in the other building and unnecessary. Parking is very convenient and directly below the condo. The FRONT DESK is not there to assist VRBO guests, and I am sorry they gave you the wrong instructions. I do state that I live in Park City and I would have hoped you would have called to get my assistance regarding check in. I AM AVAILABLE 24/7 and happy to help.
