THIS UNIT IS A FULL THREE BEDROOM WITH EACH BEDROOM HAVING ITS OWN BATH.
Las Palomas is a luxurious, 342-acre, gated, master-planned resort community featuring many 5 star amenities including breath taking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, two fine dining restaurants (one already awarded AAA 4 stars), fitness center, mini grocery/gift shop, underground parking, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river, water slide, water features, a walk-out beach with cabanas and poolside drink and food service.

Ideally located on Sandy Beach, Las Palomas is far enough away from the city to avoid the crowds yet close enough (5 or 10 minutes) to go shopping and to dine.
Our three bedroom, three bath condo has over 2600 square feet of luxury, including the balconies. Quartz countertops, floor to ceiling travertine though out condo, including bathrooms. Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 65” FLATSCREEN LCD HDTV SMART TV with a DVD. Each bedroom has a Flatscreen LCD HDTV. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Internet TV broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean. The back balcony has unobstructed view of the 18 hole Championship golf course. The kitchens has sliding pass-thru windows that open up to an outdoor bar with 4 additional bar stools. We have Internet with a desk top computer. Wireless is available for your Labtop in the Condo, and wireless though out Las Palomas

The condo was perfect for our family. Loved having 3 en-suite bathrooms and the views were perfect from the 14th floor. The house was well equipped and we were surprised that there was even maid service daily.

Kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities, rooms spacious and loved how every room had their own bathroom. The view every morning was breathtaking. This is our second year in a row staying at the same condo and would love to stay here again next time.

I've stayed at Las Palomas for over 10 years and this condo is one of the best. The master bedroom/bathroom were amazing and what a plus that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The views are amazing. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything needed to cook meals. I will definitely stay here again.

The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo was spacious and fully equipped. My mother loved how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, coffee maker, tupperware, and dishes. There were TVs in all the rooms. The sofa pullout couch down the hallway was perfect for my two youngest. Four adults and four children fit very comfortably.

The resort was very beautiful and the condo was excellent. Everything we needed was in the condo I would recommend anyone traveling here bring their own beach towels it’s a bit of a hassle picking up and returning them. Otherwise they stay was excellent.

Relaxing getaway

Three generation first time together vacationing at Puerto Panesco. Loved that we could do things together or the young people (16-19) could swim late and have dinner on site much later than the “older”.

Fun in the sun

There was eight of us. The condo was perfect with there being three bedrooms and three baths room for everyone with lots of fabulous views from the patios… the host was very responsive.. we would definitely stay there again..

Jan and I both work for the Lincoln Public Schools in Lincoln Ne. We have two daughters, Mesha, son in law Abel and Jodi, son in law Rob. Two grandaughters Emma and Ellie. Two grandsons Brodie and Issac.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We came to Puerto Penasco in 1999. Loved it so much we purchase a two bedroom condo at the Princesa which was under constrution at the time. In 2000 we purchased a one bedroom with our daughters. Then in 2004 we came down for the Las Palomas ground breaking. As we sat on the beach I told my wife we have to purchase a condo at this site which we did. A two bedroom on first floor, Diamante 103. We got to give the architects suggestions on different items like the balcony railings and how they would rust at our other resort. So we have seen Las Palomas rise up from the ground. Then in 2006 we purchased Cortez 1401. So you see we love it here!

Two balconies one in front that over looks the Ocean. Another balcony that looks over the Golf course in the back. Three King size beds and three full baths with two sinks in each one!
