It was great to be close to the beach and have palapas available. The heated pool with the swim up bar were great as it was cool and rainy one day while there. The options on the hot tub as there were children along was a bonus.

David was great at communicating. The condo was clean and well stocked. Our entire family enjoyed the pool and beach that was nearby. Great place for a getaway. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location & Vacation

This place was beautiful, very clean, easy access, and overall the best place we've stayed at in 5 years of coming to Rocky Point. Will absolutely be looking to stay here again next year. Host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to questions. 5 Stars all the way!

Beautiful place in Rocky Point

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Sonoran Sun! We’ve been to Rocky Point many times and stayed at many different properties but this one was by far the best! The unit was clean and stocked with the things we needed. The patio was great and made it easy for us to go to and from the pool and beach. We’re already planning for a time that we can go back to that place. It was absolutely perfect!

Perfect 4th of July Family Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Ground floor is a must with little kids. We have stayed at a number of houses and resorts in PP, but this was by far my favorite! The outdoor patio was the best place to relax, watch the ocean all while the family was swimming. The layout of the condo was family friendly. I used the washer & dryer daily! Monday-Friday was great was never too busy. Condo was very clean which is always a plus. We will be returning soon!

Beautiful Spot

First floor is clutch. Well appointed room and easy access to spa/pool and sea. Walk right out of the back patio and it’s beach time!! Patio furniture was a nice plus. Short drive or walk to wrecked at the reef and another closer restaurant. Pool has a swim up bar with some food options. I talked to some owners and they said first floor can be not great on holiday or school vacation weekends due to noise and foot traffic. For our weekend it was perfect. Will stay here again - I preferred this to la Paloma.

Amazing

Let’s start with I love that it was a keyless condo. Great communication with owner and if I needed anything I knew I could reach out. Now the master bedroom bed was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. One of the drawers the handle came off but we did inform the hotel for them to come and fix. The living room is spacious and comfortable for everyone. Beautiful all around. The dining table was perfect for game nights and gathering with family. The second room with the two beds was nice. Due to the sizes of the beds there was not a lot of space but nice if you have rollers like I did and they said the room was awesome. This is a condo I would love to rent again as we love that it was first floor and as beautiful and it had everything that was needed. There was nothing negative about this condo. Thank you for welcoming us to your home away from home. It was more than we expected.

Unfortunate ending

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Two issues on why we will not stay here again or rent from the property manager: 1) AC is on a regulator and will not cool below 74, and 2) we were charged $200 for a broken mirror that was broken when we arrived. No inventory of broken items were required to be completed when we arrived. The host absolutely refused to discuss the issue, insisting we (my husband and I who are in our mid 50s broke it). Even though we explained that it was broken upon our arrival, as was a dresser drawer handle. The host was disrespectful in our email exchanges. I do not recommend renting any property from this host.

Will rent this unit again!

Very cute on the inside. I give this place 5 stars and will rent again 100 percent!!!! but I’m gonna give some details. Personally, I love reviews with details to help me decide. Master bedroom has a pull out couch and bathroom, very spacious. Secondary room has huge bunk beds ( king and queen, I think) but top bunk not appropriate for small kids who may fall off bed. It doesn’t have any rails on a portion so I was afraid to let my 5 year old sleep up there. It wasn’t an issue, my husband slept up top and my daughter and myself in the bottom. It would be great for adults to bunk up together. TV’s in every room! Mostly all the kitchen gadgets you would need, except no toaster. I love bagels on vacay so that was a bummer, but they have everything else. We were given very detailed instructions on check-in that were easy to follow and appreciated. The cleaning crew forgot trash bags ( not a big deal ) and we messaged David, and had a knock on the door within minutes with trash bags. Very impressed with the responsiveness, bc we all are human and sometimes we forget things. Things happen. Probably my fault for not reading all the check-in emails, but we brought k-cups for our caffeine fix and the house only has a regular coffee pot. I only mention this to help another family bring the right kind of coffee haha. Plenty of outside chairs to hang with company. Located right by the resort pool and the beach is 5 min walk. Loved this place so much we will rent again!

Wonderful Location

We absolutely loved being on the first floor of this resort. Going from beach to pool to room is so convenient and the view is amazing! Security is top notch and the resort does a great job with quiet hours by the pool overnight. The unit itself was well furnished. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen appliances are newer. There is an RO for water in the kitchen which is soooo great. We still brushed teeth with bottled water. The unit is well lived and of course is by the beach so it takes its toll, but overall it is clean. The washer and dryer should probably be up next for an update. Dave was easy to communicate with and check-in / check-out were seamless. This was our first visit to Rocky Point and we will be back!
