It was absolutely perfect. That was by far the cleanest and most comfortable condo we've stayed in in the area and that was our 4th stay in the past year. It's hard to impress my wife with cleanliness and she had no issues with anything in the suite. 10/10 experience. Hopefully we can book the same suite next time or atleast get another seascape suite because it's definitely gonna be on we look for. It’s in a great area and the surrounding attractions and restaurants all made it more worth while.

The place was really nice,had everything you needed, right at the beach. We enjoyed our stay. close to many restaurants and fun put-put. Hope to go back! Staff was friendly and always checking to make sure all is ok and let them know if we needed anything.

Great proximity to the beach. Clean and spacious condo. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment. Pool was extremely clean!

This was a great place. Easy access to beach. Had a chance to meet the owners by chance personally working on the pool area. Had great conversation with them, gave me great advice on where to take my family. Will definitely stay again

It was a nice place, cozy, comfortable, close proximity to the beach access and not far from several great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Just beware that your peaceful nights are at the mercy of your neighbors- especially the ones directly above you. Our sleep was disrupted at times due to the excessive noise - but if you have considerate neighbors- all should be good. In addition - no beach supplies are provided, which is a let down. It is recommended to rent equipment. The only place I have vacationed on a beach that didn’t provide at minimum a couple of beach towels and chairs. Overall, we had a terrific time. I received timely responses and the check in and check out process was one of the easiest I have encountered. If I have an opportunity to visit Orange Beach again, I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property. Our code didn’t work when we got there but I called the number given and the representative was able to get a new code and we got in while I was in the phone with her. The view was exactly as the photos showed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

Very clean and adequately stocked. Any minor issues or questions we had were promptly addressed. Would definitely use Beachball Properties again and stay at this unit.

The process was smooth and easy. The property was clean and very nice. It made me want to stay longer. The access to the beach was very close. A delightful stay.

Great for a short stay at the beach.

This was perfect for our weekend girls trip. Accommodations were as described. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We went out for dinner. Very conveniently located to restaurants, etc.

SeaScape 210

The condo was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach. It has almost everything you need for the perfect vacation. There is shopping close by for anything you need for your stay. The deck is was great for meals and hanging out. Wonderful views.

Excellent beach place!

We loved this beach condo and its proximity to the ocean front! Perfect for a family of four! Only thing missing is a clothesline. If we get a chance to return to Orange Beach, we would definitely reserve this place again. Thanks so much!
