Our apartment has been renovated. We have paid particular attention to the materials and decoration.
Located 600m from the beach, 800m from Avenue Lajarrige (shopping avenue), 800m from the SNCF station of La Baule Les Pins: you are quiet in the pines, and can do everything on foot!
This accommodation has a:

- second bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of grouping the 2 beds into 1 bed of 1.60m)

Rental of 2 nights minimum and 3 nights minimum in July and August.

Cleaning fee: 55€
Bed linen and towel rental: flat rate of 60€ if you wish
Deposit: 500€ (uncashed check)
Seasonal rentals are a first for us. That's why we have done our best to offer you quality accommodation, equipping it as well as possible so that you have an excellent stay. For the reception and maintenance, we go through a trusted person who respects the cleaning and disinfection protocol.
