It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests, and includes a private porch for relaxing outdoors. Whether you’re entertaining or unwinding after a day in the city, this property offers a warm and welcoming retreat in the heart of Charleston.
The Space:
This unit sleeps up to 7 guests: 2 in each of the bedrooms (3 bedrooms total) and 1 on the twin rollaway bed. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the two additional bedrooms contain queen-sized beds. Boasting a private porch and a short trip to historic King Street this property has everything you need!
Off-street parking for one car included.

Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, to-go cups
Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Shampoo/conditioner/soap
Dish/laundry detergents
Hair dryer/iron/ironing board

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06599 and Business License BL012767-10-2018

Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival.

The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk (King Street is 6 blocks away) but far enough not to keep you up all night.

20 minutes from any of the local beaches (Folly Beach, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms)
Getting Around:
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
