Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, mid-century modern touches, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, with a cozy sofa, a dining table for four, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stone countertops, sleek cabinetry, and Whirlpool appliances, making meals at home a breeze.

Three comfortable bedrooms each offer plush queen beds and modern bathrooms, creating a peaceful place to recharge after a day of exploring. Step outside to the fenced-in yard with outdoor seating—an ideal spot to enjoy Charleston’s beautiful weather.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located just off the entryway. While the home does not include off-street parking, nearby garages such as the 558 King Street Garage and the Visitor Center Garage are available for approximately $18 per day.

*We provide starting supply of coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
