Cozy Condo

The property manager, Kim was very attentive and communicated well. The condo was clean and comfortable with very tasteful decor. It wasn’t overly beachy like most beach rentals are, which I appreciate. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Port A!

Awesome and Cozy

This was our first time staying here and we are definitely coming back! The place was so cozy and has everything you need. Close to the beach and pool! My family and I loved loved it! If your considering staying let me tell you that you will definitely not be disappointed! Kim the owner is there for anything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer but until next year. 💛

Location location location

We have visited port aransas for 8 years and this was the best time we have had. The location was perfect for us and the pictures do not do it justice. The house was beautiful and clean and perfect distance from the community pool. We will be back!

Quiet Homely Stay

The Island Dunes Condo is a great affordable place to stay when visiting Port Aransas. The condos are conveniently located close to the beach, so if you do not want to rent a golf cart (I recommend you should) you can easily walk to the beach. Kim was friendly upon meeting her and she constantly checked in on our stay and answered any questions we had immediately. The best customer service a renter could ask for on a property. My only complaint about the unit is the cleaning staff did not thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms. There was hair on the floors in the upstairs bathroom and the toilet needed to be wiped on the front of the bowl. I would suggest in purchasing new towels if guest choose to use them (we brought our own). Some of linens had a few spots on them but we had others in the unit to use instead. Besides that, the rest of the unit was clean and the décor made you feel like you were at home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the pool was a nice place to relax after being at the beach all day. I would definitely use the facility again.

Great place

Beautiful place with a great location. About the only issue we had was dog hair on the sofa. We just covered it with some extra sheets and enjoyed our visit.

New goto place

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was a breeze.. The property was clean and well maintained. Located right off of 1A made beach access a breeze. Located just far enough away from all the tourist stuff so we didn't have to deal with the traffic but easy enough to get to it all. House layout was nice but kitchen was a little tight. Beds were comfortable and we all slept in late everyday. Pool was right out the back door.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Dunes! Kim was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Check in and checkout were super easy! The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for our getaway weekend! We will be back!

Nice condo!

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a 3 bedrm 2 bath which suited our preferences just right as we wanted a nice table to play games at night. We really enjoyed the condo. Very comfy (except King bed needs new topper as it was too hard for my hips) but other than that everything we needed was there.

Great Weekend Visit

Best location- 4-5 minutes walk to the beach

The location was Amazing! Only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. The house wasn’t clean enough. We had to clean everything before my kids stepped in the house. We did not know if everything was sanitized so we had to sanitize everything ourselves. I also had to wipe the floors and it was extremely dirty! The dryer wasn’t doing a great job. It took over 2 hours for a load to be dried! The reason I gave it 3 because of the location.
