Comfortable KING size bed in master bedroom and queen size in first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. This Abacos villa features two full bathrooms, each with stunning walk-in tile showers, tall vanities with marble tops & ADA height toilets. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator with an ice maker, oven, stove and microwave, and includes cookware, utensils and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area with new leather reclining couch and loveseat. Guests can take in the majestic scenery of the nature pond from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching a 56" smart screen TV in the living room or bedrooms, or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in the unit.

This condo is perfectly situated in building 19, overlooking the pond and nature trail, and a very short walk to Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, pool, sand beach and the fishing pier located on beautiful Lake Davenport. This condo is conveniently located close to theme parks and major attractions, yet once you return to the resort, you can leave the hustle and bustle behind and unwind in peace and comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
