This totally private studio has it's own entrance at the opposite end our hilltop home from where we reside, so you will have lots of privacy. There is an outdoor eating area right outside your door with a lovely view of a large vineyard. Enjoy whisper quiet a/c and heat provided by a new state-of-the-art HVAC system and high-speed internet. We specialize in quality sleep and amenities: high thread count 100% cotton sheets, down comforter or cotton coverlet on a new Caspar mattress with 2 soft and 2 firm pillows. Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, fresh fruit and flowers await you. The studio is 270 sq ft room with private toilet room and shower. Live the wine country life: Enjoy a glass of wine while looking out over the vineyard.

Close to many wonderful restaurants serving safely outdoors with heaters, many wineries, Jack London State Park and other hiking trails.

COVID SAFE This unit is impeccably cleaned and disinfected following CDC standards after each guest.

Well-behaved dogs permitted for $75/dog one time charge for your entire stay.

It was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our little dog. The outdoor area is beautiful and very peaceful. Jeanette made sure we had everything we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept great. The location is close to town and convenient to lots of great restaurants and wineries. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay after days spent biking, driving, wine tasting, and adventuring to the coast. The bed was SO comfy, and the place had exactly what we needed. Jeanette was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a 10-minute drive from Sonoma square, was quiet and peaceful, and sitting outside on the patio was lovely.

Tranquil Stay

Quiet, beautiful, and comfortable location at the back of a house in a residential neighborhood. Easy parking and access to town. Recommended for couples.

Excellent Wine Country Studio

What an amazing wine place to stay and sleep. It had a very comfortable bed, and a private outdoor area looked out to a perfect vineyard scape. The refrigerator was stocked with water and yogurt, and the towels were plush and nicer than most hotels. I will book this again on my next trip to Sonoma if I can.

Wonderful Get Away

We spent a week at the property for our anniversary. The communication was perfect, Jeannette responded with answers to our questions in a timely manner. The outdoor patio was wonderful for setting out and enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean and nice touches

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The studio was very quiet! Coffee on the patio in the mornings and wine and cheese at night. Our hosts were amazing! Very attentive and helpful. The drive up the hill was fun! Other than not being walkable to things, we loved it. We would definitely stay again.

Pretty Vineyard View

It was very nice to have use of the backyard table with its view of a vineyard. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The location is convenient to the plaza and wineries and was also close to my friend’s house and my niece’s house so it was quite convenient for me. The host greeted me with fresh flowers which was a very nice touch. And despite being connected to the host’s house, it was very private. Coffee, tea, yogurt and granola was supplied. I had a very nice stay with my small dog.

Exploring Sonoma

Jennette and Brett were extremely gracious hosts. We made offer on home in Sonoma while staying but had to leave early due to a health problem. Hosts were very helpful. Interesting view of Vinyard. Small studio without stove. Many restaurants in area. Include microwave, coffee, fridge. Great for short stay.

Very pleasant stay in Sonoma

The property was very nice for a 3 night stay, quiet and peaceful. Just down the hill there were some great restaurants where we ate. The room was clean and the little touches, such as snacks and great coffee were much appreciated. We didn't have much contact with the owners, but they were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

A Perfect Homebase

This room was just what we needed during our stay in Sonoma. The online photos were spot on, and we enjoyed the patio table in the mornings for our coffee, and the gate to the bordering vineyard to walk our pup in the evenings. Although this room is part of the main house, the privacy was exceptional. The hosts responded to queries about their favorite restaurants quickly, and their advice was extremely helpful. Again, this was just what we were looking for as a homebase for our days touring the Sonoma/Napa area.

Peaceful Retreat

The property was as described on quiet street. A nice home base in Sonoma. Amenities were thoughtful and just right. There isn’t a tv in the room, but this wasn’t a big deal as the Wi-Fi worked well.

Adorable Studio in convenient location

We wanted to be close to wine country activities, and the location delivered. The vineyard off the backyard is gorgeous. The space is perfect for a single person or a couple who plan to be active and need a place to sleep and relax in between activities. The hosts were generous with food and beverage supplies (the chocolates are a great touch). It was easy to find, and parking was not a problem. It is located at the top of a steep hill, so don't expect to walk places. We would happily stay there again.

Sonoma!

I stayed for five nights and everything was perfect. Jeanette provided everything one could think of in the tastefully furnished room with full bath facilities, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. My dog was welcomed with genuine enthusiasm and there were even bowls set out for her. Everything was exactly as described in the listing - it is quiet and the bed is amazingly comfortable. Very restful and relaxing. I highly recommend it!
